This is the unused electrocuted Fawful sprite (snawfuls.tumblr.com/post/17677… and www.spriters-resource.com/ds_d… ) from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story but in the style of Mario & Luigi RPG 3DS style. I think my guess for the unused electrocuted Fawful sprite from the original Bowser's Inside Story would've been used when he transformed into Dark Fawful when he's absorbing the Dark Star in the cutscene.Super Mario series © Nintendo Co., Ltd.
