Here's a more recent take on Scorpion I'm a big fan of both batmans Rogues and Spider-mans rougues and Scorpion happens to be one of my favorite villains that seems to get under used a lot in my opinion!! this is just the first partΒ of a bigger planned piece!!Scorpion is Β© of Marvel Comics

scorpion's powers consist of superhuman agility,speed, and strength rivaling spider-man's own but slightly more superior. the suit he wears is bulletproof and fire resistant. his tail can move like a snake and can shatter brick walls and crush his enemies like a vice. there has been some versions where his tail can shoot acid or blasts of deadly electric energy blast.during their first encounter the scorpion easily kicked spidey's ass but he was down but not own. he came back harder than ever and beat gargan after the effects of the expiriment made him mentally unstable. gargan is obsessed with jamson because he blames him for turning him into a freak and wants his revenge. spiderman always comes and stops him before he tries to successfully killing jameson ( eventhough i frankly feel he deserve it, and that is why i couldnt be spiderman lol ) eventually during the matvel knights and darc reign saga he became the new host for venom and was deadlier than ever. he was even more evil than the original venom who was not that bad to begin with as he saw himself as a hero. gargan is just straight nasty as he is evil. eating people like canibals. he also enjoys trying to eat spidey's brains as....well....as eating squirels?! fyi squirrel girl watch your homies back lol. he has now became scorpion again with more updated and powerful suit and is still present in the world of spiderman today.

Macdonald or Mac Gargan aka the scorpion is another of spidey's old but deadly opponents. he in my opinion is knd of underrated and think he is pretty awesome. he may not be a huge A-lister like venom or carnage and not a criminal genius like goblin or ock but hes definately deadly and formidable. like real Scorpions are predators to spiders, mac gargan is exactly that to spiderman thanks to spiderman biggest fan where i actually mean hater j jonah jameson. it all started when jj wanted to get how peter took those great picture as spider-man was pretty much jealous he hired mac gargan who was a private investigator at the time. gargan stalked peter at his home but thanks to his powers peter was wise to him and found a way to scare him off. (just read asm #20 vol 1 its pretty campy and hilarious how he scared him off lol.) gargan reported back to jj to only find out he had another plan. him and jameson went to see scinetistist dr. stillwell who had done bizzare expiriments of genetics and radiation. Jameson wanted to create the perfect warrior to defeat spiderman.stillwell decided to go with the traits ofmthe scorpion seeing how they are the primary predators of spiders. he expirimented on gargan and gave him a suit equip with a cybernetic tail on the end of the back. thus scorpion was born.

Did you catch his recent appearance in Spider-Man 2099? It's an interesting design, but I'm not sure that I'm a fan of it.
However, I dig your work on the classic appearance. Nicely done.
