The line work is looking nice and clean here, and I like the detail in the background (even though it's the same weapon over and over, it gets the message across nicely!). Two things are bothering me about this though. For starters, her face; it's not a natural expression. I've noticed you draw the lips like that a lot but it doesn't lend itself to making the character look alive. You've done much better expressions in the past like this [link] and this image would have benefited greatly from a more expressive look on her face.

The second thing is the overall figure; it looks stiff and the upper body is disproportionate compared to the lower half. I've nothing against big breasts but her torso looks a little too wide compared to her legs. As for the legs, they're quite rigid and the lower legs look short compared to the thighs. Making her lower legs equal in length to her upper legs and perhaps putting a slight bend or curve at the knees would probably solve all the issues with the figure.

I am impressed with the detail and the quality of the line work and the variety of line quality. It's a good piece overall. I just think it would aid you greatly to loosen up a bit at the construction phase so your figures are more fluid-looking.

*fave'd* ... Dramatic and confident stance here, showing off her sleek qualities. Gets me starting to like this later look for her, as I'd always preferred her pre-Crisis Earth-2 look. I also like seeing a functional and appropriate background.

(You might reconsider the hair inside her right elbow, as I doubt it'd be visible through her cape.)
