Hey, I'm not the only one who played this way am I?Personally I was thinking of the option to accept Hugo's peace proposal, but you can imagine any point you want.
This actually ended up looking more interesting than I expected it to. The Historia setting probably deserves more time spent on it or at least someone with the talent to do it right.

I find it amusing how patient and calm they are.
Heck when I tried the "Assassinate Dias" sidequest and instead chose to take Dias' offer of joining him, these 2 actually more or less said "At least you tried".

Recently, played Undertale. And, something about Flowey's scolding I found fami-- no, FAMILLIAR.
Refound this. Now I know what it was.

However, I saw they intend to release a remastered version... which in my opinion looks awful

Really, I think that was the way it was meant to be played. If you haven't seen all of the endings, you're missing out.

I figured as much. And really, there are several endings where calling him out like this would have been totally appropriate. You've got to make some pretty dumb choices to get some of these endings.

That was a pretty excellent game.
Getting chewed out by kids for blowing everything up was always fun, but some of the best were the "who saw THAT one coming?" Endings, like when Marco flips out and kills everyone.
Some of the bad endings are freaking weak but most of the ones involving duelling Rosch are pretty cool

Yeah, I think it was a good game. It seems like early on even reasonable decisions could lead to a bad end so it wasn't always predictable.
I think the battle system made one of the stronger impressions on me, I liked how it worked ou for the most part and thought it added nicely to the usual turn based formula.

There were a couple irritating things (some of the forced fights like Aht solo vs. spider were retarded)
I thought for quite a bit of the game that you had to go through the entire route to tweak events relevantly so I found out I was like "time doesn't even sort of work like that!"

The empty spots in the Historia bother me when I manage to advert a bad end, I guess I'm obsessive or something XD
So I strive to get them at any time.

Bad luck Stocke, I can see it, seeing as canonically before the plot began, most (or I'm assuming all) of his units are always wiped out with him being the only survivor. Not to mention... OTHER things *cough*
