Characters again, just because I'm insecure about differing facial features.
The two right-most are attempts to do a simpler version of the futuristic-aircraft-carrier's commanders, but with actual naval uniforms. It didn't go so well and I think I like the sci-fi inspired outfits more.

The six to the left of them would be the dragon riding characters going
light - water - wind
fire - earth - dark

The girl to get the air elemental is a fighter pilot on the ship, so it might make for an interesting dynamic.
