Another potential series thing maybe... so this is a rather weird initial sketch job on a possible monster story kinda thing maybe. The sketches that worked out worst were left non-inked, or had a picture moved over them.
Since I'm trying to make them for something a little more serious than my norm I was trying to avoid some of my conventions with this one, avoiding prominent eyelashes on the girls, trying to keep the hair tamed and not so excessively voluminous, which was harder to refrain from than the eyelashes... I just know when I show this to friends they're going to say the gals look like somewhat effeminate young boys... bah, they all think I draw girls kinda butch-looking all the time anyway. I'm not sure if I'm annoyed at them for having very specific standards or my own failings as an artist at depicting any kind of range in style. The dragons are all very preliminary, I hope to make them actually interesting by the time I've finished with them...

Funny thing is for this story I've thought way more about plot than character, I mean I know who basically everyone is in terms of personality, but it never goes too deep and I don't have any names yet.

I'll refrain from going too detailed right now, keep from boring anyone.
