I prefer Thorn better than Fox, as Thorn had a sense of protection and loyalty towards the other individuals as he displayed his concerns for Padme's safety and he fought valiantly against the overwhelming droid forces.
For Fox, his extreme loyalty towards the republic itself has blinded him from morality. He accused Ahsoka for a murder, ordered his men to kill her, and killed Fives without hesitation and giving a chance to surrender. Fox ultimately met his end by Vader when his troops accidentally fired on the Sith Lord who was on pursuit of Jocasta Nu.
