This is my fan Robot Master, Cellular Man.
Robot masters are the bosses from the classic mega man universe.

he's for a project I'm working on with game maker, don't expect to see anything soon though

his description:

Cellular Man was an emergency cell phone tower robot. sites where signal is weak, he'd come by and work as a local cell phone tower. Mostly used in camping sites and mountains.

His electromagnetic radiation has been super charged, allowing him to basically use an EMP to paralyze robots and nullify energy weapons.
