I appreciate you trying to make a sonic OC art, but whoever had created the OC decided to design her like an enourmous Mary Sue. Rainbows are a big clue that their OC design is very uncreative, so maybe you should go talk to them about it.
As for the art itself, it looks more 2D than 3D. Remember, if you look on the Fantendo Wikia, you'll find lots of proportional airbrushing and removing the lineart is the key to making it look 3D. Unless that wasn't the point of this art, but then again it does need some shading to it.

You might need to talk to Cmara about this; she designed Niji.
