First of all let me start out by saying good job! You've certainly got a good start going and I hope to see more from you in the future. However, this wouldn't be a critique if I neglected to point out some things I think could be a bit improved on.
First of all, I would recommend trying out some anatomy tutorials online. There are some good free ones out there that you may like. You're doing a pretty good job already, but proper anatomy is a really helpful skill to possess and I would recommend it to just about anyone. From there you can branch off and start learning cartooning and your own style, if that's what you want to pursue.

The second recommendation I would have for you would be to learn about color theory and complementary colors. Although I do like your color choice, you used a lot of bright colors that clash together. If you tried using only warm or cool complementary colors together, it would likely have a more "complete" look to it.

My final and easiest recommendation to you would be to try and find good lighting when taking a photo of your art. This could be standing by a window or just turning on a lamp. It really enhances the colors and makes the whole drawing look cleaner.

Over all though, just keep doing what you think looks good. Your art is for you and you only, it doesn't have to meet anyone else's definition of what "art" is. If you think this is what you want to do, keep working at it! Best of luck!
