I started this months ago, in a bid to try my hand at Disney style art, as I love their films. The film 'Aladdin', and Jasmine especially, are particular favourites, and I'm so glad that I came back to her and was able to finish!

There are only a few niggly things that I would change, but I think that's me being too hard on myself. I certainly learned a lot about her! For instance, did you know...

None of her is black! Not the hair, not the eyelashes, not the pupils... there is no black in this image as far as I can remember!

I have no idea how disney draw their lines.... mine are close but they look somehow too perfect if you see what I mean :/

The hardest bit was definitely the eyes, closely followed by the jewel on her headband... that was a bitch to blend! If you're interested, I finally did it with the use of the Mixer Brush in Photoshop CS5.

Done with PS CS5, a Wacom tablet and a whole bunch of patience
