lol, it's an image control option called "horizontal flipping", every image editing software has that option.

Heh, in this case because her left eye is higher and smaller than the right eye, also the left ear is higher than it should be (unless your character has a skewed face on purpose).
As i say in my tutorials... you may not notice that at first, but you will once you flip your image, it's a must do whenever you're drawing anything... but that's just a suggestion lol
