Description
A work in progress of my cute little dragon OC character as an icon. This is just the outline, have to color everything in still and such. It's sooooo cute.NO ONE MAY USE THIS AS A BASE IT IS MINE ONLY!

can you link me to a sample of your flatcolor? I think if I know which one you're referring to it'll be easier to make a character that'll look the best in that style.

I used to have this problem a lot, but I figured out an easy way to fix the file size. Go to [link] and click the arrow to load the GIF animation. Once it's loaded, look under "Convert" and click "Convert to GIF." The file size should change to 15 KB. You can then save it to your computer in the new file size.
