I'm sure they could be a cute couple! They're the best OTP evah!!!
About this drawing... I won't do spoilers, but if you know something, they have one or two reasons to be sorrowful.
I was a bit shocked when I saw Annie asking for forgiveness in the anime, and I tought about this cute scene with Bert, understanding and sharing her feelings.

It's really emotional and you can really see what the two are going through!! I really like Annie's pose especially and the way she was drawn in general, and how you centered the whole picture around her tears. The colors are really nice too! They give a gloomy feel throughout the picture. _(:"D

I was talking about ep.13, when Jean finds out that Marco is dead. After few minutes, Annie asks for forgiveness to one of her dead comrades (I'm pretty sure he's Marco) and Reiner tells her "Apologizing won't help".
The moment I've drawn didn't happen but I thought that, if there'd have been Bertholdt instead of Reiner, I'm sure he would had act something like that, covering her face to let her cry. (lol, I'm sorry for the horrible english and I hope you'll understand this anyway
