I added the glow after the render and used a normal map on the socks to get that effect, i recommend you to give it a try

Great job, that's an awesome stylized render. While I do not know the character, you did a great job of illustrating their emotion in the mesh, which is no easy task. Exceptional details on their hair and socks, well made hair in 3D is certainly a great sight, together with the fog glow of the stars and the reflection of their eyes. The guidelines on their pose adds a great composition to the scene, which the stars balance out very well.Β Although it has room for improvement, (rim lighting is essential for dark scenes, while it only appears to affect their legs, while their hair and the dark details of their lower forearms blend into the background) the lighting is definitely exceptional, specially the blueish hues on their torso that contrast very well against their white hoodie.

YO! Thank you so much by pointing all of that! Yeah, i know I still need to improve and learn lots of things about technical stuff, but by the moment i think it looks decent.
About the expression on her face i used a shapekey to model it without losing the default face, in case i want to do a new render of her.
Also, this is a character of my own creation ^_^
About the hair, it looks good, but i think it doesn't look like her 2D counterpart (actually that was the hardest part to model, in fact the first time i model a hairstyle, but if you check my new 2 submissions i think i improved at it).
I will have to experiment even more with lamps and materials, and again thank you very much by taking the time to signal all of that, i'll do good use of the information you provided me!
