A poem written by ~SnowCullen
The Bridge of My Dreams
I have seen before
It's familiar but different now
Do I walk on it
The waves and curves making it difficult to understand
I have to remember
And I must see
I must see what is on the other side
My mind creating colors only few know
And ones I know all too well
For that is my nature
To see what others don't
Someone says why go
I say why stay
Because you are taking your chances
And it might not be safe
I don't worry about safe
Safe is fine for most I guess
This though is too beautiful not to cross
Not to follow
For it's better than a Yellow Brick Road
How do you describe something bathed in golden light
Flowing aqua beneath like a flow of lava
A dark blue sky like wallpaper
So
Do I stay or do I go
Go
To stay would be to never experience
Amela Ramic painted a painting from my "Dream Bridge" and I am very happy that someone like it so much.
Thank you.

Hello,
My name is Peter Sawyer and I write on behalf of Phototuts+ ([link] )
I would like to feature this image in a roundup article I am currently writing.
A link to the image, and the name of the piece would be given in the article.
Please let me know if you are ok with this ASAP as I only have a short amount of time to put the article together.
Thanks Peter

Sure thing.
Can I link the photo to Da and the name of your photo to your website? Just to keep it tidy with everyone else's images?

Amazing shot, gratulation.
I own the EF-S 10-22 too, it's a great glass and I use it a lot.

Nice, I never owned the 10-22 just because is a EF-S lens.
I was investing in EF L lenses all the time because I eventually bought a FF camera.
Thanks for the comment.

Oops, sorry.
I mixed something up.
I thought you did this shot with a 10-22.
Shame on me.

thank you, yes the distortion ( curvature ) gives to this image immense depth.

i asked if this is 1 photo taken by camera or a panoramic stich or HDR ?

eriksimonic In reply to LemnosExplorer [2011-02-24 08:02:55 +0000 UTC]
Aha, as it is written in the description is a stich of 16images to produce a panorama. I didn't used HDR because you can clearly see blown highlights, but I used cookin filters to reduce sky brightens.
Hope it helps.
