I looked at your website, and I can see it's meant to be a parody, so I can understand where you're coming from. I myself have been writing stories about a girl named Whitney, and she's a go go dancer who used to be a bondage prone secret agent, and now she's a bondage prone private eye. It's also meant to be something of a parody. BTW, I do like the way Dawn's pantyhose always survives her death scenes. Maybe I should do the same thing with Whitney's go go boots.
Still, I find it hard to watch such a pretty girl with such nice legs getting killed over and over again.

Well, you are an artist. Art is free. You can draw whatever you want.
On the other hand you should consider, that stuff like this can worsen the way bondage fans are looked at by others.
Also I am not sure if we should depict things that cater to
sexual preferences beyond the borders of tolerance.
Last but not least, remember you got fans. Stuff like this may
scare many of them away, since it may change how they look at
you and your work in general.

I was paid to draw this pic by the person I linked to. Some people have liked the theme some haven't. Some people like overt sexual themes in their stuff (I don't myself) and some do, but I am sure that people who don't like this kind of thing would see those pics in a negative light as well. If I lose any fans because one pic in my gallery doesn't appeal to them then there is nothing I can do about it (this version of the pic has been faved over 120 times at this writing so someone is enjoying it).

I do not doubt, that there are people who enjoy this.
I find this kind of scene (unhappy end for a poor, helpless
person) deeply disturbing.
Perhaps criticising a fictional work for its content
is not fair. I know perfectly well, that my own bondage
works are disturbing for certain people, too.
For some of us it is quite difficult to accept the likings
we have. Some need well defined borders, to be able
to make peace with their fetish. So when some kind of
work comes along, that goes further than our borders,
it'll trigger a strong reaction, because it reminds us,
of what we absolutely don't want to see or happen.
Just trying to explain my negative feelings.

I been to that character's site, The most thing I liked about that all peril end after a very long long time, where there is a lone pantyhose, telling us his story!

I like the picture, but I'm not a big fan of snuff either. It depresses me when a damsel is murdered. The opening scene of the 1966 "Dragnet" movie and the hotel hostage scene in 'Natural Born Killers" were both great bondage scenes in their own right, but it saddened me to think that the victims were murdered. Yes, call it boring, predictable, cliched, whatever, but I like to see damsels getting rescued in the end.

To me. I more of a "Peril" fetishist with a interest in bondage. I like the good, tame situations where the day is saved, and the girl is rescued. But, on a story viewpoint, it gets cliche and BORING after while. How many times can the hero come in at the last minute and save the girl from her Acid bath before it becomes dull and old?
I want to see the Villain win sometimes, where the girl cannot escape her peril. Thats where some appeal comes to me, where the girl cannot overcome her fate, true distress and helplessness to overcome her fate as it were.
now, I like this moderation, I don't want to see outright gore or guro involved, but sometimes its an interesting change of pace to see the the damsel is unable to be saved in a community where the girl is ALWAYS saved in every other deviation. Whether or not that is a good thing is up to the viewer.
Call me a sick fuck all you want, but I like peril where the girl cannot escape, it adds more direness to the situation and more helplessness to the girl. Do I want to do this in real life? HEAVENS no. I'll stick with BDSM and Roleplay thank you.
But in the context of fantasy, and with fictional characters that 'get better' with every piece of art or story, it offers a wide credence to what you can do. I enjoy the tame DID work where the damsel is free at the end, but it gets boring after awhile seeing it OVER and OVER again. Diversify the scenario's a little bit, create AU's where the Bad Guy Wins and the Girl is left to her fate. Those scenarios are interesting to me.
And judging by the site, this girl lives to be in these perils, so I take it she gets better by the time the next peril comes around anyway.
And about being a psycho rapist: I show my DiD work and I get called a sexist/woman enslaving rapist pedophile for just TAME DiD work. seriously, there isn't a way to avoid those crowds saying that. besides at least it isn't some other disturbing fetish like Guro, Scat or Futa.

the prblrm is that when the villain wins, an innocent dies. the things shifts from enjoyable did a peril to a complete tragedy. a tragedy is meant to be enjoyed as a tragedy, not as fetish.
