The two women next to the Beast look more like they ARE the ones taking the princesses as hostages or whatever!
You would have also done better to maybe tie up Rapunzel with her own hair; I thought that one up almost immediately!

the one being held by the Beast is the one who took them hostage. As far as Rapunzel's hair, this is a commission so I drew what the commissioner wanted

Couldn't tell at first until I resized it that the one in black next to the Beast was in fact being held by the Beast and appears villanous enough to perpetrate this terrible misdeed!
AND
Didn't know that this pic was the result of another's commission; but still you have to admit, that was a pretty righteous idea to tie down Rapunzel with her own hair!
