(Okay, this is a pretty old comment, and I only JUST found this from skimming over Erikson's gallery. Even still, I'll answer...)

This is Eris of The Eagle Tribe from Legends of Chima, a brand of LEGO sets that were created back in 2013 and 'discontinued' two years after. It actually got it's own Animated TV Show that aired on Cartoon Network around that time, too. I don't remember too much about the show, though...

Thanks for letting me know! I just looked it up, and it seems that the show is LEGO themed as well. Which is cool, but also a bummer since the drawings I've skimmed over convince me that she'd be one of the hottest birds in animation were she designed "traditionally".

You're welcome. And yeah, I did like the idea of the show also being LEGO-themed, as well. Though, if you asked me, LEGO Ninjago had the better show. Not the best show on CN, but definitely pretty good from what I remember of it!

True on the fact that she'd probably be one sweet-looking Anthro Bird if the show went with a more traditional look; maybe I would've remembered it more if it was the case...

It's a good style that definitely is unique. I couldn't have imagined LEGO animation being this popular until LEGO Movie came out.

Probably true. Alas, we must settle for fan interpretations.

You'd be surprised; LEGO Ninjago as a tv-show was around for 3 years before The Lego Movie came out! And I completely forgot to mention Bionicle, too! I don't remember much of that series, but I remember liking it when I was young...

Yep; and at least we got other places where the potential of really sweet-looking Anthropomorphic Birds got a chance to shine! Breath of The Wild immediately comes to mind for me. I absolutely ADORE the design of The Rito in that game, especially when you compare them to how they originally looked in Wind Waker (not hating on WW's design for them, but BoTW really blew them outta the water!). I guess that's why most of my favorite characters and NPCs from that game were from The Rito! Can't decide whether I like Revali or Kass more, though...!

I didn't collect the toys, but I did watch the first two movies. I'm with you, I liked them fine as a kid, but I can't recall how good they are now.

Oh yes, among having my favorite designs for Link and the Zora, they had the best-looking Rito as well! My favorite would have to be Teba (Revali looks good, but is kind of an ass lol). That game really reinvigorated my adoration of the franchise, with these designs being just one part of the reason why!

Kinda the same thing with me; I didn't collect much of the Bionicle toys, but I do remember watching the third movie, Web of Shadows, and liking it just fine...

Yeah, Link looks pretty great in this game, and I also really like the redesign for The Zora; honestly, they kinda remind me of Twilight Princess's design of them, but done MUCH better than before! Teba looks pretty great, too! Can't believe I forgot about him! Even among the regular NPCs, those lovely birbs still look pretty damn great (Harth, Saki, Amali, and Frita come to mind for me)! I will admit that while the game has its own fair share of kinks, Breath of The Wild was definitely a fun experience and a great re-introduction to the Zelda franchise! Here's to hoping its sequel will be to that game what Majora's Mask was to Ocarina of Time!

I think I remember liking Web of Shadows the most, but it's been so long so I can't say for sure.

The bright red ones particularly stand out to me, as is evidenced by my love for Mipha. I'm so ready for the sequel. Good point about Majora's Mask, I think that was the only direct sequel to a Zelda game so far. So for Nintendo to only now do it again, makes me think they have a very good reason to do so.

Of course, the one Bionicle movie we both remember the most is the one where our heroes get strung up into web cocoons by those spider-like creatures (I don't remember what those were called). It's been forever since I last seen that movie, as well...

Same here for me. I normally always associate The Zora in other Zelda games with blue, but the red fish-folk in BoTW look very lovely. I probably like Sidon the most, but Mipha's a pretty close second. I'm also very much prepared for that sequel, especially due to the fact that they're totally making Ganondorf look very similar to The Horned King from Disney's Black Cauldron (it's those eyes, man...!). Though, Majora's Mask isn't the only direct sequel in the Zelda series; Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link was a sequel to the very first Zelda game, and Phantom Hourglass was a sequel to Wind Waker... Still wondering what Nintendo has cooked up for BoTW's sequel, though!

LOL, funny how that works!

Oh yeah, he does kind of look like him doesn't he? (Sidenote, you just reminded me that Taran would be a good choice for a story, so thanks!) I never played Zelda 2, and I legit didn't know it was also a direct sequel. And yeah, I'm aware of Phantom Hourglass, but I was more referring to the console games. Either way, it's exciting to see this story continue!

That was my immediate thought when I first saw the trailer, and this is coming from someone who hasn't watched that movie in FOREVER (and you're welcome for that reminder; I didn't even plan that!)! Yeah, The Adventure of Link is a direct sequel to the original. I believe it's supposed to take place a few years after the previous game, as Link is canonically 16 years old in Zelda 2... Oh, okay. I getcha, there! Can't wait to see what happens next!
( Also, I am so glad you acknowledged Phantom Hourglass; that game (as well as Spirit Tracks) is very underrated if you ask me!)

I didn't play Phantom Hourglass when it came out, since I never had a Nintendo DS. It wasn't until the 3DS and Vita that I got into modern handhelds. I recently found out about a Wii U version, but I never got around to that.

You should get it... or at least, watch Chuggaaconroy's recent Let's Play of it on YouTube. It's definitely not the best Zelda game ever, but like I said, it's VERY underappreciated!
