Erik ThomasI finally got it, the Canon Digital Rebel XT. 8 megapixels of photography heaven. I simply love this camera, it's perfect for what I want to do. Nice, lightweight, and it's silver. It's worth the cash.
I took this first shot, of one of my Mom's flowers in the front yard, in macro, and minor Photoshop touch-ups. I removed one bug from the long leaf of the flower, and other real minor things.

what mode did you shoot this pic with? It's a pretty decent pic, but I think you shoulda opened up a little to get a little more creamy bokeh.
