Wow this is actually slightly better than the new 52. But I like their armor look. If both of them were mixed it would make something way more cool.

Yeah..... after all this time he needs to come to terms with the fact that the briefs look dumb on him. For some reason they still work on Dick Grayson's Batman, but even Bruce Wayne has ditched the briefs. If all else fails, this would look great on Kon-El if he ever actually becomes Superman.

Very cool, but I think the crest would look cooler in this version if you reversed the colours, and just made use of the negative space to imply an "S".

I don't know if I like your particular redesign but it is certainly more interesting than the tired old design Supes is always stuck with. Why some feel he can't have a new costume is beyond me so good for you for playing with it.
