Well, the way I see it, Prowl went out a little too much like Spock did in Wrath of Khan. Meaning that he could very well come back.

Kind of. He dose keep his voice pretty level most of the time. This is him after he gets the sweet upgrade. He was cool before in season 1 and 2 but this was freakin' awesome.
