To start off I think that the positions are fairly well draw.
The proportions are fine I guess, although her legs seam unnatural.
The shading and lightning on this piece are absolutely brilliant, they match with the sketchy style you used on this picture.
The characters expressions are what give's more life to the draw, and can show some personality of the characters.
The background seams to empty, witch might take a little bit the life of the piece away.
Other than that, my personal opinion is that this piece its actually well drawn.
