Hydro was a human ninja that appeared in an MK Comic but was made into a Cyborg character for the Mugen mod "Mortal Kombat Project" and in MK: Legacy, they put him in it.

Hydro was a character in Mortal Kombat: Legacy as a testsubject for Cyber Cyrax and Cyber Sektor. A blue cyber ninja costume appears in MK9 as a downloadable skin for Cyber Sub-Zero.
