Something I won't keep in scraps since it's not as muddy as the first.Attempt number 2 at animating transformation.

Just wow! This is incredibly well done! Transitioning and expressions are really nice and hard to do in animating, at least for me .. overall an incredible attempt here in my eyes

Looks good. Try reducing the time between each frame. It's a bit jerky at the moment.

If I did that, I lose a bit of the impact to it. Simple fact is that this would need more work and frames to get what I'm looking for at this pace.

And no, avian morphs are definitely rare... I guess there's very little bird love. I love birds.

I've done a few for myself, but not in a very realistic style.
Mammals get most of the TF attention which is to be expected I guess.

Not sure why not birds but... eh, I can't explain why mammals more either. Mostly because I think we appreciate things more like us, not to mention what gets more exposure. I just try to make it real because I wanna see it happen.
