I've been bad and haven't posted anything in awhile. So I'm posting something new to deviantart by posting something old.My sister was a librarian at an Elementary school and would ask me to come down for Dr. Seus day and read to the kids. Then I would do a drawing demonstration and show the kids how we draw cartoon characters in animation.

Thanks Dusty. The kids did love it. They invited me back for a number of years while my sister still worked there, and I went whenever I could get off work, or when I was between gigs. She said the kids would still mention it to her years after, so I guess it made an impression.

Ah I see. But as you still are a professional animator, you've inproved art style since you started. Your dreams even though has came true, you may find something new in animating as always, but either way, I'll help and support you as fan and I don't wanna see a person down from that at all! You'll do great! I know you will! I believe in that!

A very nice thing to do. I'm sure the kids thought you had magic powers when you drew their favorite cartoons

Thanks. After my demonstration, then we would do a "draw along" and the kids would draw along with me as we drew a Mickey Mouse head or a Bart Simpson head. The kids really enjoyed that.
