I'm glad you like it. I have yet to see "A Goofy Movie" in its entirety. I even had to Google this guy. I think Powerline is like a Goofy version of MC Hammer with tighter pants. Anyway, he was very interesting to draw. And, I've been wanting to draw a character doing a hand stand. I thought Powerline suited the pose well.

Aww man were gonna have to sit you down one day and watch it so I can repeat every line to you! Yea he's like MC Hammer mixed with Michael Jackson. The pose was perfect for him too.
