Well for starters I love the colors. The light, electric, and baby blue makes it so eye catching. Her eyes are amazing! I love how they are so darker than the rest of her body. Her legs are so cute! I love how she has a little heart glowing! I might say I kinda think that the wrinkles on the left stocking could use just some improvement.But over all this piece of art is adorable! I really liked how you used a lot of blues and tints in this piece as it is suppose to be "iced" theme. The drawing and anatomy is great too.
The shading is quite good, but I noticed that the light emitting from the hands is the "light source" so u should be aware that the areas closer to the light source will be lighter and gradually darker as it moves away from the light. It'll help make ur picture look less flat.
I'm not sure if you were trying to make ur necklace or tiara stand out, but the colours you've used is a clash between warm and cool colours, it drew a lot of the attention away from the area you wanted to show most.
As for originality, since many people have done this theme before, maybe to make it stand out a little more would be some analagous shadings (like that purple> indigo> blue> white on the hair) it'll make it look more unique.
Also, I personally like this picture better than the other one on your description, because the way you used similar colours for the lineart instead of black, it created harmony. Harmony works well with analgous colours(like majority of the colours you've used.) and also I like how u cleaned up those little white mistakes you had before xD make sure you always check for mistakes before uploading e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Oh my gosh you are so right about the lighting!
I started digital art a year ago & it's been on and off.
So I'm still figuring stuff out & a lot of time I forget to think about the light source.
It would have made a really cool effect if I added that especially
cause the light is blue. I see what you saying about the class of warm and cold.
Okay I will do that more often ! Oh yeah I was too lazy to fix it D:
