that's a nice render, and the bike's model is excellent. a very original shape, combining a small city cruiser with a big racing machine.
however, I'm not too fond of the textures here...on the housewall, the lower texture is looking stretched, and you can actually see seems. that gives some very ugly edges 
the background can't keep up with the great bike, either =/ it looks like a smart blurred photo, or maybe you projected it onto a sphere...dunno, it makes the whole pic look worse. I think some basic modelling in the background with a very shallow DOF would be better.
but otherwise nice work, especially the lighting is good
