Linkara destroyed Hild, and she was reborn in a male body in the Linkaraverse. Linkara destroyed Komachi Onozuka, and she was reborn in this universe as Princess Black Void. So...

Human Fluttershy: What happened to the Plot Hole?
Belldandy: The Plot Hole was also destroyed when Linkara destroyed the old universe. And Douchey McNitpick died with it.
Human Fluttershy: But I thought the purpose of the Plot Hole was to keep the universe in order...
Belldandy: The Elements of Harmony and the Essences of virtue keep this universe in order. As for the Linkaraverse, Linkara abosrbed the energy of the Plot Hole and became the sole governing force of the Linkaraverse.
Human Fluttershy: But see, that's the thing...if Linkara is so powerful now, why does the King of Worms pose a threat to him?
Belldandy: It doesn't. He only think it does. Linkara, right now, is more than powerful enough to vanquish the King of Woems. But he's not aware of the extent of his powers. He's not aware of what he has become. And that's because he isn't aware of what he did, or the repercussions of his actions.
Human Fluttershy: Wow...turns out he doesn't need our help after all.
Belldandy: No, but the fact that you wanted to help him after all that has happened makes me proud to be your mother!
