I am still working on the real tutorial I was going to make for people who asked, but I don't have lot of time. Here is process of quick 30 minute paint.

Sorry to put it in this categorie, not all categorie allow gif, so I do not know where to put it. If anyone know a better place, please tell me.

Step

1. Sketch picture
2. Make sketch bright version of colour you want picture to be.
3. Turn eyelash black again, set layer to mutiply.

4. Make second layer under sketch and fill with base colour.
5. Add colour until you have all the colour you want to use in you picture.
6. Erase part of the sketch where not necessary. (hair)
7. Dark part sketch where needed. (chin)
8. Merge sketch with second layer.
9. Start blend and refine (most boring part)

10. Edits on new layer if you need.

Then you are done!
