This is Aurora's finished Biography. Its going to be a long read, just so you know!!! Also I haven't included a relationship description with everyone since people are still working on their character's Bios. I don't want to assume shit and write something that has no bases with people's characters so please don't feel offended. I will probably update the relationships section once others put up their Bios for their characters.

Also the reference picture is just a place-holder for now. If you notice its my style skecth of Aurora colored for the "Glass Sabers" piece with Daniella and Ari. Its not suppose to be the actual reference, just a placeholder until I get her actual reference up.

ALSO PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!!! -> Both me and Ari consider the fathers canon. As in, Ari's OC father as Aurora's and Ari's father and also Lorenzo as their real canon father. We just had seperate ideas at the time but we consider both canon. Aurora and Arianna are not half-sisters. They are full-blooded sisters with one father but two correct canons of who their father is. Its kind of confusing but please note we just wanted to respect both of our wishes.

Scars/Tattoos: She has the Uroboros birthmark on her back located on the top left region near her shoulder.

Build/Body Type/Physical Frame: Tall small frame, with curved hips and bust. She is thin in her arms but her legs are more built. Her neck is long and swan-like.

Face: Her eyes are usually narrowed or giving a cold stare, and has long eyelashes. Her nose is thin and pointed, similar to her mother Daniella's. She has fuller lips than her mother but not a full as Arianna's and are painted with light pink lipstick. Aurora applies blush to her cheeks because of her pale skin tone to look more human. People have said she looks very striking/beautiful.

Voice: She had an aristocratic air to her voice. She has a stern tone and enunciates her words correctly and elegantly. She has a British accent like the rest of her family. She has an even, smooth rhythm and her pitch would be described as a mature soprano.

Demeanor/Carriage/Gait: Aurora is serious to a fault and does not like to be humorous in any manner. She tries to keep an air of lady-like professionalism and makes sure to be polite towards company.

She has incredibly practiced posture and walks in small measured steps, head held incredibly high and dignified. Often uses her height to assert her maturity as well as for intimidation when called for. Her steps are strong and confident and often you can hear her boots clacking on the polished tile of the Belli halls.

Personality: Aurora is a very serious person and for the most part very reserved and introspective. She’s been tempered into a well mannered individual, and a stickler to procedure. She's very professional and acts as such with company but comes off as cold in her manner. Often times she is very suspicious of new acquaintances and can be very judgmental. Not many impress her and she can be dismissive of others very quickly. She makes level-headed decisions in dire situations but is prone to losing her cool when it comes to something involving her family and especially her sister.

She is intolerable of teasing though, often leading her to lose her temper. However when she gets mad and upset, she’ll narrow her eyes in a glare, mutter “this is ridiculous,” and stomp out of the room, perhaps even kick something over on the way out.

She can be a good conversationalist with whom and when she chooses. But often times she is not very chatty and speaks right to the point, if at times bluntly. She is not one to swear though or get crude.

One of her skills is her perceptiveness. She is very aware of how people act and picks up their attitudes and mannerisms, which is one of the reasons she can become suspicious of others and their intentions. She is not one to be naïve.

Her warmer characteristics come out with a select group of her Family members and friends. Her maternal side comes out with the younger members of her family, often doting on them and helping them out when need be. She speaks in a softer manner with the ones she cares for most and often times socializes with them openly without invitation or prompting and shares her hobbies and interests with them or going out of her way to make time for them. She sheds her cold hard shell for them so to speak.

She has respect for her Elder members of the Family, even the ones she dislikes. Often the family members she dislikes are ignored, and she’ll make sure she is never around them too long, excusing herself or avoiding them.

Even though Aurora is an intelligent and perceptive individual she is totally dense when it comes to noticing someone liking her. She is horrible at flirting or anything dealing with romantic relationships.

Habits: Has a habit of glaring, mostly towards people she is not found of or in cases of when an individual does/says anything stupid, crude, or silly.

She also has a habit of correcting bad manners. After being taught most of her life on how to behave properly, she is not one to overlook other’s bad manners or improper behavior.

Shies away towards people’s touch, often side-steps or turns her head in such situations.

Gestures/Mannerisms: Aurora places her hands on her hips when she is scolding or verbally attacking someone, accompanied by narrowing her eyes and sometimes pointing. When annoyed she snorts an un-amused laugh and shakes her head.

When flustered, she starts pacing or walking about the room and throws out random excuses or denies things. Mostly trying to get out of the unwanted attention and will often try to leave the room.

When she’s explaining things, she’ll often fold her arms and looks at people directly in the eye. When lying, she has a tendency to get incredibly rigid and this also applies when she is put on the spot.

When angry, her voice becomes a chopped, fast growl and is prone to storm out of the room. She also uses her height to intimidate and will close the distance between her and them, often looking down her nose at them.

When impatient, she folds her arms, sometimes tapping her back heel or grits her teeth.

Duties: Designated as one of the castle's maids by Riccardo, she is responsible for answering the door, greeting guests, fetching Riccardo, and the laundry. Her mother acts as head maid and is responsible for cooking, cleaning, and serving food and tea to guests. Arianna is responsible for entertaining guests, answering house calls, and taking care of the animals on the grounds. They all are responsible for getting supplies and restocking essentials and food.

HOBBIES

Alchemy - Riccardo has a rule in the household that no one besides himself is permitted to practice and learn alchemy. This is a rule Aurora has gone out of her way to break. Around age 10, she stumbled upon holes in the castle walls that only she could see. She noticed Ricardo could not see the holes in the wall and decided to explore them on her own accord. She found various Alchemy tools and texts in which she started to teach herself. Also since sneaking into the mansion grounds since she was very young, she familiarized herself with the decomposer, extractor, purifier, synthesizer, and transmuter machines that are stationed within. It has been quite easy for Aurora to keep her alchemy studies and experiments under the radar since Riccardo never keeps track of her whereabouts and mostly ignores her.

Aurora feels a strange connection towards practicing alchemy and finds it easy to understand and perform. She feels it gives her an advantage and makes her one step ahead of Riccardo and her foes. She often uses alchemy to create prima magnesia and other compounds to help defend her, her sister, and valued family members against intruders.Currently she is helping a visiting alchemist, Pierce Hawkins, with his research on azoth and other alchemic procedures.

Gardening - Aurora may not necessarily do a bunch of gardening around the castle, but deep within the mansion she has taken it upon herself to take care of the Mandragora Nursery. She makes sure the nursery is well kept and the water system works properly, weeds are pulled, and the soil is rich to insure her brethren are growing properly. She also has a small garden patch outside on the castle's grounds for growing lavender, chamomile and other herbs for alchemy and medicinal purposes. In some cases, Aurora cannot maintain the nursery on her own and often gets her reluctant Aunt Mori to help her. Arianna likes to hang around when her sister is gardening and offers to help when she can.

Astronomy - Aurora has picked up on her family's themes of representations of planets from the geocentric theory, when the earth used to be thought of as the center of the universe and only planets up to Saturn were known and thought to revolve around the earth. Aurora though, like the rest of the family, is up to speed with the modern day outlook of space and the solar system. Her love of it blossomed when she explored the water tower and came across the old geocentric Planetarium. To her it was one of the most beautiful things she had ever laid eyes on and inspired her to look for books on constellations, space, planets, and astrology in the Belli's various libraries. Since she is a Capricorn, she likes to read books that focus on the planet Saturn as well as the Greek god who was responsible for the planet's name. She likes to share this hobby with Arianna whom she introduced it to.

Clothing: Aurora wears a Victorian inspired dress that resembles Daniella's own outfit. Like dresses back in the Victorian age, the gray collar covers most of her long neck with white diamond shaped lace trim and has poofy gray-green sleeves that stop mid upper arm that cover her shoulders. The gold Belli crest is present on the sleeves. She wears a custom apron that is sewn onto the dress's upper half which is cut to cover her breasts (that are raindrop-shaped) and is tied around her torso into a small bow. The lower half of the apron is free flowing and cut as a straight knee-length rectangle. The end is rounded into 3 curves that have 3 half moon cuts in the middle of each. There is circlet lace that trims the hips of her apron, taking on the appearance of bubbles. The skirt of her one-piece dress is the same rich dark grey-green that fans out and stops mid calf. She wears black high heels and white spats that cover her legs to her mid-thigh and is secured by a garter belt from her lingerie. To complete her Victorian inspired look, she wears a heart-cut broach that displays a red heart-shaped stoned called the "Ruby Choker".

SYMBOLISM
Song: "Fake Planets" – This song’s name is very symbolic of her origin. She is an artificial being and her life revolves around that of the Belli estate. A gravitational pull she cannot rid herself of. The song is very calm with a well flowed cycle much of that of an orbiting planet.
Animal: Shark – Some of her behavior towards Salem has been referred by many in the family as “Shark-like”. Often going straight in for a “kill” or in Salem’s case, a verbal beat down. Also could refer to her origin from growing in a large tank and her own love of the aquarium and seafood.
Planet: Saturn – named after major god presiding over agriculture and the harvest time. Saturn is her ruling planet since her Astrology sign is Capricorn. She was also partly made from planets and involves herself in gardening which relates a lot to the Greek god. Saturn also refers to the name of the key that unlocks the door leading to the Old Mansion, in which Aurora likes to reside and be herself.
Eos: is the Titan goddess of the dawn, who rose from her home at the edge of Oceanus, the ocean that surrounds the world, to herald her brother Helios, the Sun. Aurora and Arianna are both like Eos and Helios in some ways. Aurora’s name means “Dawn.” Arianna’s astrology ruling planet is the sun which would represent Ari. Thus Aurora would be the “dawn before the sun rises.” Aurora is the prototype to Arianna which is the successor. Plus both Eos and Helios are siblings in Greek Mythology like Aurora and Ari.
Element: Earth – Most of Aurora’s origin involves earth in some way. She is also very connected to gardening and growth as an individual. She’s not prone to moving from place to place as she regards the Belli estate as her home.
Biblical: Levi – Levi was one of the 12 sons of Jacob. Levi and his brother Simeon destroyed the city of Shechem in revenge for the rape of Dinah, seizing the wealth of the city, and killing the men. This tale of Levi is a prominent foreshadowing of Aurora’s role. She will kill Riccardo to protect her younger sister from his intentions of harvesting Ari’s azoth.Levi’s other symbolism would be the name of her knife. Aurora would be the “Dinah” in which her knife protects.
Hamlet, a play by Shakespeare – Another foreshadowing of Aurora’s destiny. To kill her uncle who was responsible for killing her father just like in the play.

Favorite Foods: Pomegranates, any seafood dish (especially squid) except Blowfish and Shark meat or shark fin soup, steamed vegetables, potatoes, lavender tea, lemon tea.

Disliked Foods: Lamb, brussel sprouts, radishes, beets, onions, coffee, and sauerkraut.

Fears:
Even though the Belli family has their own definition of "normalcy", Aurora deeply fears she will give into madness, malice and obsession which plagues some of the members within the family. She fears something genetic in her will make her lose her sanity.

She also fears losing her family to Riccardo's bloody ambition and does all in her power to prevent him in doing so.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Ruby Choker - The brooch from the Ruby Choker was given by Daniella. It is one of her most precious items and helps Aurora keep her stamina and a level head.
“L E V I” Knife – A knife with an engraving of the purple flowers from the garden in the castle and the name LEVI engraved on the side of the blade. Its origin is unknown but it had been uncovered by Aurora when she was 6. It was hidden in a trunk deep within the mansion along with ancient texts. In incredible condition, she maintains its sharpness and has hidden it a sheath secured on her upper right leg.
Journal – Has a red moleskin journal that she keeps notes and reminders in. She keeps it in the yellow vase near the Doll Menagerie in the Mansion so it’ll remain hidden from others.
Hebel Perfume – Another gift from her mother. She received this item when Arianna was born. The smell of the perfume is identical to Arianna’s scent, the white mandragora. Aurora does not wear this perfume but keeps the bottle in her room as a keepsake.
Saturnus Key- In order to cover her tracks, Aurora made a copy of the Saturnus key in order to have access to the Old Mansion. She returned the original to Debilitas’s key ring and kept the copy for herself. That way Riccardo will not suspect someone else in the castle getting into the mansion. Reason for this being that Riccardo has made a rule in the household that everyone is forbidden to be on other parts of the estate besides himself to prevent others from learning Alchemy.
Venus Key – Aurora did not make a copy of this key to deceive Riccardo because the nursery is of no importance to him as to any others besides Aurora. She holds the original key and it gives her access to the nursery in order to care for it.

HER REGULAR HAUNTS

The Mansion:
The Old Mansion is a place of comfort and solace for Aurora. It is easy for her to hide herself away there, especially when she wants to escape from Riccardo's eyes and other members of the family. It serves as her haven and a place where she can let down her barriers and be herself. The twist and turns of its halls and secret passages protect her from unwanted eyes and intruders.

-Specific rooms she frequents-

Mansion bathroom - The mansion bathroom has been a place of comfort. The window in the bathroom opens up to a view of the underwater aquarium. Many fish populate it giving a gorgeous view in which Aurora deeply admires. She and Arianna use it for a meeting place, often sitting in the bathtub to talk and console each other. Often times when one sister is upset the other will come find her waiting in the bathtub. Both Aurora and Arianna make sure the bathroom is kept clean. Aurora likes to leave combat items such as various forms of antimony tubes and magnesia in the small dresser near the in-ground bath tub for Arianna and her to use and restock their supplies. Arianna also added a key-plate machine for their personal use. They like to leave notes on the board stationed above the in-ground bath for each other in case they are busy doing chores and other activities.
Nursery - Aurora takes care of the mandragoras here.
Dragon Terrace Study - The study above the Dragon Terrace is a place Aurora uses for her own studies of Alchemy and researching the Belli family history and other oddities. It’s another place where she can get away from the business of the castle.
Hall of Globes - Another place she can hide. Although she won’t admit it she practices her guilty pleasure of dancing in the long huge hall.
Purifier room - Aurora conducts most of her alchemic studies here especially since Riccardo has moved his studies to the House of Truth and knows she will not be disturbed here or caught.
Graveyard - Aurora does not like going outside a lot but the grave yard is enclosed and protected well away from intruders or any witnesses. Aurora has a small garden patch here where she grows her herbs. She also buries dead mandragoras and deceased pets of the Belli Family's girls here. It’s nice place for Aurora to stretch her legs and get some fresh air.

The Castle: The main headquarters for the Belli Family members and also a place of work, chores, and socializing. Probably the busiest place in the entire estate, due to the large amount of family members and friends stationed here.

-Specific rooms she frequents-

Music Room - Aurora likes to visit the music room where Arianna and Lesley often inhabit to practice their music on the Violin and Piano on the second floor. Family members like to use this as a common room and it is also a place where they entertain guests.
Study - The Castle Study provides another resource of Aurora's reading. Few alchemy books are kept there with mostly fiction novels populating the shelves for pleasure reading for the entire family. Aurora likes to read fiction novels and past the time here when having breaks or spending time with the family. Her favorite author is an American horror writer named H.P. Lovecraft. Her favorite story by him is “The Colour Out of Space”.
Gallery - The gallery is connected to the laundry room where she washes the family and guest's clothes. In the gallery she passes the time while waiting for the laundry to finish. Sometimes Arianna sneaks the TV in so they can watch shows to pass the monotony of the day.
Kitchen - Aurora is no chef by any means but she likes to help her mother in the kitchen and socialize with some of the other Belli members.

HISTORY/BACKGROUND

Family:

Lorenzo - Her biological father

Aurora is not aware of who her actual father is and anything about Lorenzo is mostly kept hush-hush. Most of the paintings of him were taken down by Riccardo's command, but every now and then, Daniella speaks of her old master to Aurora in small tidbits. Throughout the years Aurora has found out more about Lorenzo Aureoulus Belli through few journals and notes left in the Mansion's study. Also her encounters with Edmund have led her to believe he knew Lorenzo personally and he often compares them both when speaking to her. Eventually she learns that he is her "father" after she kills Riccardo.

Daniella - Her biological mother

Undoubtedly, Aurora loves her mother deeply. Since she was young she has looked to her mother for guidance, advice, and affection. Her mother has been nothing but doting and receptive towards her, treating her daughter with grace and loyalty. Most often, even without speaking, Daniella is more aware of what Aurora is feeling than Aurora herself is aware of. In the Belli family, people say she looks more like her mother than her father due to her inheriting her mothers good looks and height and she takes pride in that. Aurora likes when she can do chores with her mother and goes out of her way sometimes to spend time with her in the kitchen. They both like to spend time in the music room to listen to Arianna play Violin, which Aurora notes, brings a smile to her mother's face.

Arianna - Her biological sister

One of the closet people to Aurora, is her younger sister Arianna. Arianna is her most precious sister, someone whom she loves deeply and is one of the few people whom she shares her most intimate thoughts. Since Arianna's birth, Aurora immediately loved her and wanted to protect her from harm. Aurora knew Arianna was slightly different from her and her mother, especially when Riccardo regarded her with high opinion and hopes. His over-bearing attitude and constant attention towards her younger sister made her grow suspicious of Riccardo's intentions. Through the few notes she was able to steal from the examination room; it looked as Arianna might possess Azoth. Aurora knew of a necklace stored in the Laboratory called the "Obsidian Choker" that could suppress Azoth "odor" from being noticed, especially from luminescents. She stole it and immediately gave it to Arianna to wear in order to keep Riccardo unaware of Arianna's growing Azoth. Aurora is most protective of her sister and does her best to keep a close eye on her. Even though Arianna has gotten older and more capable of taking care of herself, Aurora stubbornly makes sure Arianna keeps her informed of her whereabouts. Aurora and Arianna share a close relationship and both know they can trust each other with their secrets, thoughts, and opinions. Arianna is one of the few people who get to see Aurora's softer, friendlier, maternal side and if anyone is capable of getting Aurora to loosen up, it’s Arianna.

Edmund - Her "Uncle" (Not related by blood)

Aurora absolutely despises Edmund. He is a conniving, obsessive, and abusive person in her eyes and she hates how he abuses Violetta, a close friend and cousin. Edmund thrives on upsetting and putting her in uncomfortable situations. She often has to be on her guard when he is around and does everything in her power to get him to leave her alone. Often times when he tries to get her attention she'll ignore him or quickly remove herself from the same room as him in order to avoid a confrontation. More than once, he's gotten them alone and whispers wicked things to her, often about how he wants her, and how she is his and his alone. She is not afraid to shove him away or get violent with him when he gets too close or invades her personal space. She tries her best to keep it from her younger sister so she doesn't worry her. But Arianna is just as aware of Edmund's cruel intentions especially when it comes to Violetta.

Even though Aurora is very aware of his possessiveness and his obsession with her, she is unaware it is because Edmund was initially obsessed with her father Lorenzo. When Aurora was born, Edmund's subconscious recognized Lorenzo's likeness and features in her and thus he became dangerously, obsessively, in love with her.

Riccardo - Her "Uncle" also her creator.

Even though Riccardo created her, he feels no maternal, nor fatherly affection for her and simply ignores her most of the time only to speak with her only when it is essential or for an order. To him she was just a prototype to Arianna and thus does not regard her as anything special.

In turn Aurora does not feel any loyalty towards him as her creator nor does she see him as a parental figure in her life. She chooses to ignore him as well, only complying towards his requests about household tasks and welcoming guests as well as her household duties being a maid. She does not seek his approval nor his wisdom or guidance. She harbors deep resentment towards him for his treatment of many of the family members including her mother and younger sister. She speaks to him as little as possible and only calls him “Master” in his presence. To everyone else she refers to him as "that pompous man".

Riccardo's rule that the women of the household cannot study nor perform alchemy is a rule Aurora has gone out of her way to break and unfortunately for Riccardo his dismissal and ignorance of her may bite him in the ass when he least expects it.

Eventually he will be killed by her hand when he tries to harvest the azoth from Arianna's body.

Pierce Hawkins – Visiting/Traveling Alchemist

Ever since he has arrived to Belli Castle, he has been nothing short of annoying and infuriating for her. His Alchemist skills are incredibly advanced and his drive is admirable, but Aurora has a hard time getting past his eccentric and energetic personality. If by anything, she is shocked at his skill of following her into the Mansion unnoticed and sneaking up on her in her regular haunts. It’s an ability that he used to blackmail her into becoming his assistant for more complex alchemic procedures that Salem is not advanced enough to perform, through convincing Riccardo. However throughout his stay, Aurora has noticed even though he is a fellow alchemist like Riccardo, he does not hold a loyalty to him, only some respect. Aurora is unsure if she can trust Pierce and has begun having strange feelings for him that she does not know how to decipher. Pierce’s intentions seem genuine and he often compliments her affectionately. In time, Aurora will fall for him, even if she stubbornly doesn’t know it quite yet.

Salem Amereno – Student of Traveling Alchemist

Aurora was aware of the rivalry between the Belli and Amereno family with the texts stored away in the Dragon Terrace library. She had also been aware of Ari and Salem’s “meetings” before his arrival with his professor Pierce Hawkins. She has reason to believe the Amereno family has a dangerous plan to hurt the Belli’s and thus distrusts Salem’s intentions with her younger sister. Even though he does not intentionally do things to upset her, Aurora is very cold towards him and makes sure to keep close watch over his activities with her sister. She doesn’t think twice about chastising him for his misconduct around her and her family. Her behavior towards him is referred by many as “shark-like”. However it may at times be that she uses the rivalry as an excuse to her true reason behind her behavior. He may eventually “take” Arianna away from her. “Take” as in marry her. With Arianna being the most beloved person in her life, its going to take her awhile to come to terms with “giving” Arianna away to Salem.

Eventually, Aurora will learn that he is trustworthy and has no intention on hurting the
Belli family and is even at odds with his father. She’s even surprised by him being honest with telling her things Arianna has been confiding in him. By then she will accept him as Ari’s companion, slowly but eventually. She probably won’t ever stop giving him a hard time though.

Debilitas - Relative/cousin

Debilitas is an odd creature, but from what Aurora has seen over the years he is a child-like person who needs guidance and care. Often he is a great help to her in the gardening aspect and he does well to keep quiet about her copying the castle’s keys. She handles him like she would a rambunctious younger sibling, often scolding him if he gets out of hand but rewarding him for his hard work and good behavior with her mother’s treats and dolls that she finds in the mansion. She relates to Debilitas in regards to them both given the cold shoulder from Riccardo.

Solandra & Nolana - considered step-sisters

The twins are very peculiar in their behavior and even though they are Edmund's creations, Aurora holds nothing but affection towards them. Her older sister instinct comes into play and she dotes on them, often giving them special herbs and small treats to eat when they behave. Although they are watched by many of the family members, she does her best to help take care of them as well.

Aurora's History

Taking place after Ending C in the Haunting Ground plot, Fiona had escaped Belli Castle with the Belli Family still intact. Riccardo had found his master and creator Lorenzo lying on the steps and decided once and for all that he had enough. After shooting Lorenzo with his flintlock pistol, which only incapacitated Lorenzo, he knew the only way to truly rid himself of his master was to burn him until nothing was left to regenerate back. However Riccardo didn't anticipate Daniella's intrusion to his plot. Upon Daniella's witnessing of him dragging her beloved master's corpse, Riccardo decided the only way she would cooperate with him is if he made an offer she couldn't refuse. Daniella, being a barren shell of a woman, could not produce children of her own because she did not possess human organs. Thus she has no womb to procreate. Riccardo knew this bothered her because she felt less of a woman and Fiona had brought up some dormant emotions regarding to her womanhood.

Riccardo offered to make her children of her own, under the pretense that it would get her to cooperate with disposing of Lorenzo and allow him to access complicated Alchemist notes to make beings that could possess azoth which Daniella had access to.

Riccardo started working on creating a new homunculus that would be able to develop human organs and possess azoth in which he could harvest for himself. After reading notes of Daniella's creation, Riccardo decided he would use a mandragora as a base for his new experiment. Taking a red mandragora from the garden for the base, Riccardo used Daniella's DNA and a sample of Lorenzo's DNA that Lorenzo had stored for creating clones for the genetic base and injected it into the root.

The complex alchemic notes Riccardo had obtained also asked for the use of a Red Godstone also known as “The Philosopher’s Stone” in helping the transmutation of the ingredients in the mandragora and helping the chance of Azoth being born.

The red mandragora was placed into a generation tank in the mansion's laboratory in which it would be allowed to develop into a homunculus. The process however would take a year and so Riccardo could only wait. Daniella visited her "child" every day, watching her child evolve in the surrogate womb, and often talked and told stories to it.

On January 4th, the madragora had developed fully into a female homunculus. Riccardo drained the tank, and took the new child into the operating room to examine her with Daniella who protectively followed. Her appearance was that of a 11-12 year old child and Riccardo noted she looked much like Daniella but her brown-red eyes looked chilling like her father's. She had grown a mane of pink hair which was an indication of the mandragora she was made of and to Riccardo's approval she possessed all organs of a human female. On further examination of the body, Riccardo became more and more frustrated. There was not a single ounce of azoth present in the homunculus’s body and Riccardo immediately was disappointed in the results of his first experiment. Upon further tests on the homunculus, he discover she had no pain receptors however, unlike Daniella, she was capable of displaying and feeling human emotions. Riccardo, fully ready to discard the child to Daniella, asked her what she would call the girl. Daniella had decided to call the child “Aurora” in tribute to Lorenzo's middle name Aureolous.

Riccardo then decided to return to the drawing board. For a year he looked over his notes from his attempt with Aurora and delved into Lorenzo's research notes and books for a better way of creating a new host for his Azoth. After many long sleepless nights, Riccardo decided to substitute the colored mandoragora with the pure white mandragora, which would serve as the base. He had researched that the properties of the white mandragora were different from its sister plants in which it was more pure and would absorb the alchemy ingredients the best. He again used Lorenzo and Daniella's DNA and cultivated the plant in the hibernation chamber in the mansion’s laboratory. Riccardo became very protective of his second experiment and would even lock Daniella and Aurora out of the cultivation room sometimes for days.

Aurora ,in reality 2 years old but the appearance of a 13-14 year old, had for two years learned the ways and order of Belli castle and had adapted and grown very intelligent in the recent years. This was abnormal for regular humans. Like her mother, Aurora took up being a housemaid and often helped clean the castle and do various chores and tasks. She had become very adept at speaking, for Riccardo needed her to be able to entertain company if he so wished it and to be able to communicate with others for getting supplies. Aurora had spent a lot of time in the library; reading helped her understand proper communication skills and how to act properly. Daniella doted on her often and only had long conversations with her beloved daughter. And in kind, Aurora looked to her mother for everything: guidance, advice, affection.

Riccardo made sure Daniella properly trained her in maid service and housekeeping, especially with practicing her speaking skills and lady-like traits. Even though he did not look to her for Azoth, she needed to be well disciplined so she would not grow up to be unstable and unkempt. The new prospects of a sister was exciting for Aurora, another person whom she could relate to and take care of.

On July 28th, Riccardo’s new creation was born to the family. He did not let Daniella and Aurora into the examination room as he checked her vitals and characteristics. This new specimen had a brunette mane and light green eyes. She was the size of a 3 year-old child and brimming with life and energy. She had successfully developed human organs and further testing proved her body responded to all 5 senses, unlike Aurora, who had no pain receptors and was capable of displaying human emotion. Like her sister, the Uroboros symbol was present on her back left shoulder and to Riccardo’s excitement, she had a small amount of azoth retained in her body. Unlike Fiona’s though, it had not matured yet and he theorized it would take some time for the azoth to grow. Most likely a few decades. This did not disappoint Riccardo though, and he considered the girl a success.

After he was finished, he asked Daniella and Aurora to come see their new addition to the Belli Family. Riccardo told them the girl was born extremely special and asked Daniella to give her a name worthy for such a wonderful girl. Daniella gave her the name “Arianna” and Riccardo agreed it was most fitting for such a “holy” child.

Little Aurora was not naïve of her Uncle’s nature though. His affection for her new sibling was most out of place, given the man she had come to known did not dote on her mother, especially her for that matter and was incredibly strict and cruel. After taking in her new sister, Riccardo was adamant that Arianna receive special treatment and hired nannies and tutors to give her the best education and care. He seemed over-protective and Aurora was suspicious. After slipping in the examination room and thoroughly searching for anything to indicate her cold Uncle’s actions, she discovered notes about Ari possessing “Azoth”. The word was foreign to her in meaning but it was the only thing Aurora could find that would make her uncle and lord, become so attached to her younger sister. Aurora remembered from a few explorations in the castle about books that referenced azoth. In an old journal she had come across in a locked desk drawer in the Castle’s study, which detailed notes about a necklace that warded against the “odor” of azoth leaking from the possessor called, “The Obsidian Choker”. It was a small step, but Aurora wanted to protect her precious sister against any threat. She stole the choker from the Laboratory room and gave it to her little sister when Ari was outside playing with her nanny. Aurora told her, “Never take this off. It’s to protect you when I am away.”

The little Arianna let her older sister place the necklace around her neck and promised her older sister that she would never take it off.

Aurora has now grown into a beautiful young lady, at age 19. It is possible that Aurora has another defect as she is not ageing aggressively as her birth might suggest. She grew quite fast at 10 years old looking as she does now and her family suspects her aging process has stopped or has slowed down quite abruptly.

COMBAT

Physical Strength: Aurora has an imperfection in her design that is not human. She can not feel physical pain as in her final completion she did not acquire pain receptors. In combat though, this can be quite handy due to she cannot feel any of her opponent’s attacks thus is able to finish her opponents without being slowed down by feeling any pain. However this gift is also a burden for she must be careful of where she receives wounds. If she forgets where any are, they could become infected and put her in danger or even worse, she could potentially bleed to death. She has little to no upper-body strength but has strong legs and has amazing stamina due to her "Ruby Brooch" infused with properties from alchemy refinement.

Coordination/Reflexes: Aurora is not proficient in any martial arts or combat styles due to her upbringing. However she has quick reflexes and trained eyes so she can attack quickly and deftly.

Fighting Style: Aurora is not one who likes to engage in fighting or attacking in any kind voluntarily. She does not relish in hurting others or seeing bloodshed. However she is not afraid to take necessary actions to protect her family. Often she doesn't get personal during fighting and likes to maintain as much distance as possible. Fighting is often her last resort.

She'll try to scare any intruders away using magnesia, often will kick them at the intruder or place them so the intruder steps on them and hopes to scare the intruder off.

She utilizes Belli castle’s unique traps to catch trespassers/thieves. Often she leads then to their death in the needle trap, or the illusion room that hides the gapes in the floor, the Jupiter rooms in the mansion, the iron maiden or the knight that fires arrows.

If she cannot scare them off or lead an enemy to their death, she resorts to her "Levi" Knife. She'll rush them with a quick attack or hide herself and makes a sneak attack slicing their throat or the back of their ankles and finishing them off.

If caught or cornered by the enemy she’ll most likely use a piercing scream she inherited from not only her mother but the from the mandragora she is made up of. It is capable of damaging the enemy’s ears and most definitely startles them by how loud and piercing her shriek is. Most likely she can kick her way out of their grasp.

If an enemy ever threatens her family members or hurts them she will definitely get up-close and personal with her enemy and become incredibly violent. She'll become incredibly deft in wielding her blade and her ability to slice through flesh. Most likely will stalk her enemy down and disembowel them or stab them to death.

Weapons: She wields a knife called "LEVI" that she uses against intruders/thieves who trespass the estate. Also carries “Prima Magnesia” which she makes herself for scaring off trespassers or slowing them down.

Fun tidbit - Aurora and Pierce originated from my characters from Animal Crossing Wild World. Aurora was based off of my created character and Pierce was based on "Pierce" who was a Hawk animal neighbor in the game. Originally their personalities where flipped!!!! Aurora was the bubbly friendly one while Pierce was the glaring, moody one. XD Aurora's hair use to be different with 3 pigtails and no bangs. Pierce kept most of his original design except he had no glasses originally and had a black line that ran across his nose. And they were a couple originally too. ^^ When creating Aurora I decided to use her archetype and decided to give her Pierce's original personality. And then after creating Aurora as you know her today, I decided her lover needed to follow as well.

I will never separate those two. They've held a special place in my heart.

Also its important to note, I always wanted to name my first daughter Aurora...and I guess in a way I have. Because that's how I think of her. My beautiful daughter. My own children.

This is Aurora's finished Biography. Its going to be a long read, just so you know!!! Also I haven't included a relationship description with everyone since people are still working on their character's Bios. I don't want to assume shit and write something that has no bases with people's characters so please don't feel offended. I will probably update the relationships section once others put up their Bios for their characters.

Also the reference picture is just a place-holder for now. If you notice its my style skecth of Aurora colored for the "Glass Sabers" piece with Daniella and Ari. Its not suppose to be the actual reference, just a placeholder until I get her actual reference up.

ALSO PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!!! -> Both me and Ari consider the fathers canon. As in, Ari's OC father as Aurora's and Ari's father and also Lorenzo as their real canon father. We just had seperate ideas at the time but we consider both canon. Aurora and Arianna are not half-sisters. Build/Body Type/Physical Frame: Tall small frame, with curved hips and bust. She is thin in her arms but her legs are more built. Her neck is long and swan-like.

Face: Her eyes are usually narrowed or giving a cold stare, and has long eyelashes. Her nose is thin and pointed, similar to her mother Daniella's. She has fuller lips than her mother but not a full as Arianna's and are painted with light pink lipstick. Aurora applies blush to her cheeks because of her pale skin tone to look more human. People have said she looks very striking/beautiful.

Voice: She had an aristocratic air to her voice. She has a stern tone and enunciates her words correctly and elegantly. She has a British accent like the rest of her family. She has an even, smooth rhythm and her pitch would be described as a mature soprano.

Demeanor/Carriage/Gait: Aurora is serious to a fault and does not like to be humorous in any manner. She tries to keep an air of lady-like professionalism and makes sure to be polite towards company.

She has incredibly practiced posture and walks in small measured steps, head held incredibly high and dignified. Often uses her height to assert her maturity as well as for intimidation when called for. Her steps are strong and confident and often you can hear her boots clacking on the polished tile of the Belli halls.

Personality: Aurora is a very serious person and for the most part very reserved and introspective. She’s been tempered into a well mannered individual, and a stickler to procedure. She's very professional and acts as such with company but comes off as cold in her manner. Often times she is very suspicious of new acquaintances and can be very judgmental. Not many impress her and she can be dismissive of others very quickly. She makes level-headed decisions in dire situations but is prone to losing her cool when it comes to something involving her family and especially her sister.

She is intolerable of teasing though, often leading her to lose her temper. However when she gets mad and upset, she’ll narrow her eyes in a glare, mutter “this is ridiculous,” and stomp out of the room, perhaps even kick something over on the way out.

She can be a good conversationalist with whom and when she chooses. But often times she is not very chatty and speaks right to the point, if at times bluntly. She is not one to swear though or get crude.

One of her skills is her perceptiveness. She is very aware of how people act and picks up their attitudes and mannerisms, which is one of the reasons she can become suspicious of others and their intentions. She is not one to be naïve.

Her warmer characteristics come out with a select group of her Family members and friends. Her maternal side comes out with the younger members of her family, often doting on them and helping them out when need be. She speaks in a softer manner with the ones she cares for most and often times socializes with them openly without invitation or prompting and shares her hobbies and interests with them or going out of her way to make time for them. She sheds her cold hard shell for them so to speak.

She has respect for her Elder members of the Family, even the ones she dislikes. Often the family members she dislikes are ignored, and she’ll make sure she is never around them too long, excusing herself or avoiding them.

Even though Aurora is an intelligent and perceptive individual she is totally dense when it comes to noticing someone liking her. She is horrible at flirting or anything dealing with romantic relationships.

Habits: Has a habit of glaring, mostly towards people she is not found of or in cases of when an individual does/says anything stupid, crude, or silly.

She also has a habit of correcting bad manners. After being taught most of her life on how to behave properly, she is not one to overlook other’s bad manners or improper behavior.

Shies away towards people’s touch, often side-steps or turns her head in such situations.

Gestures/Mannerisms: Aurora places her hands on her hips when she is scolding or verbally attacking someone, accompanied by narrowing her eyes and sometimes pointing. When annoyed she snorts an un-amused laugh and shakes her head.

When flustered, she starts pacing or walking about the room and throws out random excuses or denies things. Mostly trying to get out of the unwanted attention and will often try to leave the room.

When she’s explaining things, she’ll often fold her arms and looks at people directly in the eye. When lying, she has a tendency to get incredibly rigid and this also applies when she is put on the spot.

When angry, her voice becomes a chopped, fast growl and is prone to storm out of the room. She also uses her height to intimidate and will close the distance between her and them, often looking down her nose at them.

When impatient, she folds her arms, sometimes tapping her back heel or grits her teeth.

Duties: Designated as one of the castle's maids by Riccardo, she is responsible for answering the door, greeting guests, fetching Riccardo, and the laundry. Her mother acts as head maid and is responsible for cooking, cleaning, and serving food and tea to guests. Arianna is responsible for entertaining guests, answering house calls, and taking care of the animals on the grounds. They all are responsible for getting supplies and restocking essentials and food.

HOBBIES

Alchemy - Riccardo has a rule in the household that no one besides himself is permitted to practice and learn alchemy. This is a rule Aurora has gone out of her way to break. Around age 10, she stumbled upon holes in the castle walls that only she could see. She noticed Ricardo could not see the holes in the wall and decided to explore them on her own accord. She found various Alchemy tools and texts in which she started to teach herself. Also since sneaking into the mansion grounds since she was very young, she familiarized herself with the decomposer, extractor, purifier, synthesizer, and transmuter machines that are stationed within. It has been quite easy for Aurora to keep her alchemy studies and experiments under the radar since Riccardo never keeps track of her whereabouts and mostly ignores her.

Aurora feels a strange connection towards practicing alchemy and finds it easy to understand and perform. She feels it gives her an advantage and makes her one step ahead of Riccardo and her foes. She often uses alchemy to create prima magnesia and other compounds to help defend her, her sister, and valued family members against intruders.Currently she is helping a visiting alchemist, Pierce Hawkins, with his research on azoth and other alchemic procedures.

Gardening - Aurora may not necessarily do a bunch of gardening around the castle, but deep within the mansion she has taken it upon herself to take care of the Mandragora Nursery. She makes sure the nursery is well kept and the water system works properly, weeds are pulled, and the soil is rich to insure her brethren are growing properly. She also has a small garden patch outside on the castle's grounds for growing lavender, chamomile and other herbs for alchemy and medicinal purposes. In some cases, Aurora cannot maintain the nursery on her own and often gets her reluctant Aunt Mori to help her. Arianna likes to hang around when her sister is gardening and offers to help when she can.

Astronomy - Aurora has picked up on her family's themes of representations of planets from the geocentric theory, when the earth used to be thought of as the center of the universe and only planets up to Saturn were known and thought to revolve around the earth. Aurora though, like the rest of the family, is up to speed with the modern day outlook of space and the solar system. Her love of it blossomed when she explored the water tower and came across the old geocentric Planetarium. To her it was one of the most beautiful things she had ever laid eyes on and inspired her to look for books on constellations, space, planets, and astrology in the Belli's various libraries. Since she is a Capricorn, she likes to read books that focus on the planet Saturn as well as the Greek god who was responsible for the planet's name. She likes to share this hobby with Arianna whom she introduced it to.

Clothing: Aurora wears a Victorian inspired dress that resembles Daniella's own outfit. Like dresses back in the Victorian age, the gray collar covers most of her long neck with white diamond shaped lace trim and has poofy gray-green sleeves that stop mid upper arm that cover her shoulders. The gold Belli crest is present on the sleeves. She wears a custom apron that is sewn onto the dress's upper half which is cut to cover her breasts (that are raindrop-shaped) and is tied around her torso into a small bow. The lower half of the apron is free flowing and cut as a straight knee-length rectangle. The end is rounded into 3 curves that have 3 half moon cuts in the middle of each. There is circlet lace that trims the hips of her apron, taking on the appearance of bubbles. The skirt of her one-piece dress is the same rich dark grey-green that fans out and stops mid calf. She wears black high heels and white spats that cover her legs to her mid-thigh and is secured by a garter belt from her lingerie. To complete her Victorian inspired look, she wears a heart-cut broach that displays a red heart-shaped stoned called the "Ruby Choker".

SYMBOLISM
Song: "Fake Planets" – This song’s name is very symbolic of her origin. She is an artificial being and her life revolves around that of the Belli estate. A gravitational pull she cannot rid herself of. The song is very calm with a well flowed cycle much of that of an orbiting planet.
Animal: Shark – Some of her behavior towards Salem has been referred by many in the family as “Shark-like”. Often going straight in for a “kill” or in Salem’s case, a verbal beat down. Also could refer to her origin from growing in a large tank and her own love of the aquarium and seafood.
Planet: Saturn – named after major god presiding over agriculture and the harvest time. Saturn is her ruling planet since her Astrology sign is Capricorn. She was also partly made from planets and involves herself in gardening which relates a lot to the Greek god. Saturn also refers to the name of the key that unlocks the door leading to the Old Mansion, in which Aurora likes to reside and be herself.
Eos: is the Titan goddess of the dawn, who rose from her home at the edge of Oceanus, the ocean that surrounds the world, to herald her brother Helios, the Sun. Aurora and Arianna are both like Eos and Helios in some ways. Aurora’s name means “Dawn.” Arianna’s astrology ruling planet is the sun which would represent Ari. Thus Aurora would be the “dawn before the sun rises.” Aurora is the prototype to Arianna which is the successor. Plus both Eos and Helios are siblings in Greek Mythology like Aurora and Ari.
Element: Earth – Most of Aurora’s origin involves earth in some way. She is also very connected to gardening and growth as an individual. She’s not prone to moving from place to place as she regards the Belli estate as her home.
Biblical: Levi – Levi was one of the 12 sons of Jacob. Levi and his brother Simeon destroyed the city of Shechem in revenge for the rape of Dinah, seizing the wealth of the city, and killing the men. This tale of Levi is a prominent foreshadowing of Aurora’s role. She will kill Riccardo to protect her younger sister from his intentions of harvesting Ari’s azoth.Levi’s other symbolism would be the name of her knife. Aurora would be the “Dinah” in which her knife protects.
Hamlet, a play by Shakespeare – Another foreshadowing of Aurora’s destiny. To kill her uncle who was responsible for killing her father just like in the play.

Favorite Foods: Pomegranates, any seafood dish (especially squid) except Blowfish and Shark meat or shark fin soup, steamed vegetables, potatoes, lavender tea, lemon tea.

Disliked Foods: Lamb, brussel sprouts, radishes, beets, onions, coffee, and sauerkraut.

Fears:
Even though the Belli family has their own definition of "normalcy", Aurora deeply fears she will give into madness, malice and obsession which plagues some of the members within the family. She fears something genetic in her will make her lose her sanity.

She also fears losing her family to Riccardo's bloody ambition and does all in her power to prevent him in doing so.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Ruby Choker - The brooch from the Ruby Choker was given by Daniella. It is one of her most precious items and helps Aurora keep her stamina and a level head.
“L E V I” Knife – A knife with an engraving of the purple flowers from the garden in the castle and the name LEVI engraved on the side of the blade. Its origin is unknown but it had been uncovered by Aurora when she was 6. It was hidden in a trunk deep within the mansion along with ancient texts. In incredible condition, she maintains its sharpness and has hidden it a sheath secured on her upper right leg.
Journal – Has a red moleskin journal that she keeps notes and reminders in. She keeps it in the yellow vase near the Doll Menagerie in the Mansion so it’ll remain hidden from others.
Hebel Perfume – Another gift from her mother. She received this item when Arianna was born. The smell of the perfume is identical to Arianna’s scent, the white mandragora. Aurora does not wear this perfume but keeps the bottle in her room as a keepsake.
Saturnus Key- In order to cover her tracks, Aurora made a copy of the Saturnus key in order to have access to the Old Mansion. She returned the original to Debilitas’s key ring and kept the copy for herself. That way Riccardo will not suspect someone else in the castle getting into the mansion. Reason for this being that Riccardo has made a rule in the household that everyone is forbidden to be on other parts of the estate besides himself to prevent others from learning Alchemy.
Venus Key – Aurora did not make a copy of this key to deceive Riccardo because the nursery is of no importance to him as to any others besides Aurora. She holds the original key and it gives her access to the nursery in order to care for it.

HER REGULAR HAUNTS

The Mansion:
The Old Mansion is a place of comfort and solace for Aurora. It is easy for her to hide herself away there, especially when she wants to escape from Riccardo's eyes and other members of the family. It serves as her haven and a place where she can let down her barriers and be herself. The twist and turns of its halls and secret passages protect her from unwanted eyes and intruders.

-Specific rooms she frequents-

Mansion bathroom - The mansion bathroom has been a place of comfort. The window in the bathroom opens up to a view of the underwater aquarium. Many fish populate it giving a gorgeous view in which Aurora deeply admires. She and Arianna use it for a meeting place, often sitting in the bathtub to talk and console each other. Often times when one sister is upset the other will come find her waiting in the bathtub. Both Aurora and Arianna make sure the bathroom is kept clean. Aurora likes to leave combat items such as various forms of antimony tubes and magnesia in the small dresser near the in-ground bath tub for Arianna and her to use and restock their supplies. Arianna also added a key-plate machine for their personal use. They like to leave notes on the board stationed above the in-ground bath for each other in case they are busy doing chores and other activities.
Nursery - Aurora takes care of the mandragoras here.
Dragon Terrace Study - The study above the Dragon Terrace is a place Aurora uses for her own studies of Alchemy and researching the Belli family history and other oddities. It’s another place where she can get away from the business of the castle.
Hall of Globes - Another place she can hide. Although she won’t admit it she practices her guilty pleasure of dancing in the long huge hall.
Purifier room - Aurora conducts most of her alchemic studies here especially since Riccardo has moved his studies to the House of Truth and knows she will not be disturbed here or caught.
Graveyard - Aurora does not like going outside a lot but the grave yard is enclosed and protected well away from intruders or any witnesses. Aurora has a small garden patch here where she grows her herbs. She also buries dead mandragoras and deceased pets of the Belli Family's girls here. It’s nice place for Aurora to stretch her legs and get some fresh air.

The Castle: The main headquarters for the Belli Family members and also a place of work, chores, and socializing. Probably the busiest place in the entire estate, due to the large amount of family members and friends stationed here.

-Specific rooms she frequents-

Music Room - Aurora likes to visit the music room where Arianna and Lesley often inhabit to practice their music on the Violin and Piano on the second floor. Family members like to use this as a common room and it is also a place where they entertain guests.
Study - The Castle Study provides another resource of Aurora's reading. Few alchemy books are kept there with mostly fiction novels populating the shelves for pleasure reading for the entire family. Aurora likes to read fiction novels and past the time here when having breaks or spending time with the family. Her favorite author is an American horror writer named H.P. Lovecraft. Her favorite story by him is “The Colour Out of Space”.
Gallery - The gallery is connected to the laundry room where she washes the family and guest's clothes. In the gallery she passes the time while waiting for the laundry to finish. Sometimes Arianna sneaks the TV in so they can watch shows to pass the monotony of the day.
Kitchen - Aurora is no chef by any means but she likes to help her mother in the kitchen and socialize with some of the other Belli members.

HISTORY/BACKGROUND

Family:

Lorenzo - Her biological father

Aurora is not aware of who her actual father is and anything about Lorenzo is mostly kept hush-hush. Most of the paintings of him were taken down by Riccardo's command, but every now and then, Daniella speaks of her old master to Aurora in small tidbits. Throughout the years Aurora has found out more about Lorenzo Aureoulus Belli through few journals and notes left in the Mansion's study. Also her encounters with Edmund have led her to believe he knew Lorenzo personally and he often compares them both when speaking to her. Eventually she learns that he is her "father" after she kills Riccardo.

Daniella - Her biological mother

Undoubtedly, Aurora loves her mother deeply. Since she was young she has looked to her mother for guidance, advice, and affection. Her mother has been nothing but doting and receptive towards her, treating her daughter with grace and loyalty. Most often, even without speaking, Daniella is more aware of what Aurora is feeling than Aurora herself is aware of. In the Belli family, people say she looks more like her mother than her father due to her inheriting her mothers good looks and height and she takes pride in that. Aurora likes when she can do chores with her mother and goes out of her way sometimes to spend time with her in the kitchen. They both like to spend time in the music room to listen to Arianna play Violin, which Aurora notes, brings a smile to her mother's face.

Arianna - Her biological sister

One of the closet people to Aurora, is her younger sister Arianna. Arianna is her most precious sister, someone whom she loves deeply and is one of the few people whom she shares her most intimate thoughts. Since Arianna's birth, Aurora immediately loved her and wanted to protect her from harm. Aurora knew Arianna was slightly different from her and her mother, especially when Riccardo regarded her with high opinion and hopes. His over-bearing attitude and constant attention towards her younger sister made her grow suspicious of Riccardo's intentions. Through the few notes she was able to steal from the examination room; it looked as Arianna might possess Azoth. Aurora knew of a necklace stored in the Laboratory called the "Obsidian Choker" that could suppress Azoth "odor" from being noticed, especially from luminescents. She stole it and immediately gave it to Arianna to wear in order to keep Riccardo unaware of Arianna's growing Azoth. Aurora is most protective of her sister and does her best to keep a close eye on her. Even though Arianna has gotten older and more capable of taking care of herself, Aurora stubbornly makes sure Arianna keeps her informed of her whereabouts. Aurora and Arianna share a close relationship and both know they can trust each other with their secrets, thoughts, and opinions. Arianna is one of the few people who get to see Aurora's softer, friendlier, maternal side and if anyone is capable of getting Aurora to loosen up, it’s Arianna.

Edmund - Her "Uncle" (Not related by blood)

Aurora absolutely despises Edmund. He is a conniving, obsessive, and abusive person in her eyes and she hates how he abuses Violetta, a close friend and cousin. Edmund thrives on upsetting and putting her in uncomfortable situations. She often has to be on her guard when he is around and does everything in her power to get him to leave her alone. Often times when he tries to get her attention she'll ignore him or quickly remove herself from the same room as him in order to avoid a confrontation. More than once, he's gotten them alone and whispers wicked things to her, often about how he wants her, and how she is his and his alone. She is not afraid to shove him away or get violent with him when he gets too close or invades her personal space. She tries her best to keep it from her younger sister so she doesn't worry her. But Arianna is just as aware of Edmund's cruel intentions especially when it comes to Violetta.

Even though Aurora is very aware of his possessiveness and his obsession with her, she is unaware it is because Edmund was initially obsessed with her father Lorenzo. When Aurora was born, Edmund's subconscious recognized Lorenzo's likeness and features in her and thus he became dangerously, obsessively, in love with her.

Riccardo - Her "Uncle" also her creator.

Even though Riccardo created her, he feels no maternal, nor fatherly affection for her and simply ignores her most of the time only to speak with her only when it is essential or for an order. To him she was just a prototype to Arianna and thus does not regard her as anything special.

In turn Aurora does not feel any loyalty towards him as her creator nor does she see him as a parental figure in her life. She chooses to ignore him as well, only complying towards his requests about household tasks and welcoming guests as well as her household duties being a maid. She does not seek his approval nor his wisdom or guidance. She harbors deep resentment towards him for his treatment of many of the family members including her mother and younger sister. She speaks to him as little as possible and only calls him “Master” in his presence. To everyone else she refers to him as "that pompous man".

Riccardo's rule that the women of the household cannot study nor perform alchemy is a rule Aurora has gone out of her way to break and unfortunately for Riccardo his dismissal and ignorance of her may bite him in the ass when he least expects it.

Eventually he will be killed by her hand when he tries to harvest the azoth from Arianna's body.

Pierce Hawkins – Visiting/Traveling Alchemist

Ever since he has arrived to Belli Castle, he has been nothing short of annoying and infuriating for her. His Alchemist skills are incredibly advanced and his drive is admirable, but Aurora has a hard time getting past his eccentric and energetic personality. If by anything, she is shocked at his skill of following her into the Mansion unnoticed and sneaking up on her in her regular haunts. It’s an ability that he used to blackmail her into becoming his assistant for more complex alchemic procedures that Salem is not advanced enough to perform, through convincing Riccardo. However throughout his stay, Aurora has noticed even though he is a fellow alchemist like Riccardo, he does not hold a loyalty to him, only some respect. Aurora is unsure if she can trust Pierce and has begun having strange feelings for him that she does not know how to decipher. Pierce’s intentions seem genuine and he often compliments her affectionately. In time, Aurora will fall for him, even if she stubbornly doesn’t know it quite yet.

Salem Amereno – Student of Traveling Alchemist

Aurora was aware of the rivalry between the Belli and Amereno family with the texts stored away in the Dragon Terrace library. She had also been aware of Ari and Salem’s “meetings” before his arrival with his professor Pierce Hawkins. She has reason to believe the Amereno family has a dangerous plan to hurt the Belli’s and thus distrusts Salem’s intentions with her younger sister. Even though he does not intentionally do things to upset her, Aurora is very cold towards him and makes sure to keep close watch over his activities with her sister. She doesn’t think twice about chastising him for his misconduct around her and her family. Her behavior towards him is referred by many as “shark-like”. However it may at times be that she uses the rivalry as an excuse to her true reason behind her behavior. He may eventually “take” Arianna away from her. “Take” as in marry her. With Arianna being the most beloved person in her life, its going to take her awhile to come to terms with “giving” Arianna away to Salem.

Eventually, Aurora will learn that he is trustworthy and has no intention on hurting the
Belli family and is even at odds with his father. She’s even surprised by him being honest with telling her things Arianna has been confiding in him. By then she will accept him as Ari’s companion, slowly but eventually. She probably won’t ever stop giving him a hard time though.

Debilitas - Relative/cousin

Debilitas is an odd creature, but from what Aurora has seen over the years he is a child-like person who needs guidance and care. Often he is a great help to her in the gardening aspect and he does well to keep quiet about her copying the castle’s keys. She handles him like she would a rambunctious younger sibling, often scolding him if he gets out of hand but rewarding him for his hard work and good behavior with her mother’s treats and dolls that she finds in the mansion. She relates to Debilitas in regards to them both given the cold shoulder from Riccardo.

Solandra & Nolana - considered step-sisters

The twins are very peculiar in their behavior and even though they are Edmund's creations, Aurora holds nothing but affection towards them. Her older sister instinct comes into play and she dotes on them, often giving them special herbs and small treats to eat when they behave. Although they are watched by many of the family members, she does her best to help take care of them as well.

Aurora's History

Taking place after Ending C in the Haunting Ground plot, Fiona had escaped Belli Castle with the Belli Family still intact. Riccardo had found his master and creator Lorenzo lying on the steps and decided once and for all that he had enough. After shooting Lorenzo with his flintlock pistol, which only incapacitated Lorenzo, he knew the only way to truly rid himself of his master was to burn him until nothing was left to regenerate back. However Riccardo didn't anticipate Daniella's intrusion to his plot. Upon Daniella's witnessing of him dragging her beloved master's corpse, Riccardo decided the only way she would cooperate with him is if he made an offer she couldn't refuse. Daniella, being a barren shell of a woman, could not produce children of her own because she did not possess human organs. Thus she has no womb to procreate. Riccardo knew this bothered her because she felt less of a woman and Fiona had brought up some dormant emotions regarding to her womanhood.

Riccardo offered to make her children of her own, under the pretense that it would get her to cooperate with disposing of Lorenzo and allow him to access complicated Alchemist notes to make beings that could possess azoth which Daniella had access to.

Riccardo started working on creating a new homunculus that would be able to develop human organs and possess azoth in which he could harvest for himself. After reading notes of Daniella's creation, Riccardo decided he would use a mandragora as a base for his new experiment. Taking a red mandragora from the garden for the base, Riccardo used Daniella's DNA and a sample of Lorenzo's DNA that Lorenzo had stored for creating clones for the genetic base and injected it into the root.

The complex alchemic notes Riccardo had obtained also asked for the use of a Red Godstone also known as “The Philosopher’s Stone” in helping the transmutation of the ingredients in the mandragora and helping the chance of Azoth being born.

The red mandragora was placed into a generation tank in the mansion's laboratory in which it would be allowed to develop into a homunculus. The process however would take a year and so Riccardo could only wait. Daniella visited her "child" every day, watching her child evolve in the surrogate womb, and often talked and told stories to it.

On January 4th, the madragora had developed fully into a female homunculus. Riccardo drained the tank, and took the new child into the operating room to examine her with Daniella who protectively followed. Her appearance was that of a 11-12 year old child and Riccardo noted she looked much like Daniella but her brown-red eyes looked chilling like her father's. She had grown a mane of pink hair which was an indication of the mandragora she was made of and to Riccardo's approval she possessed all organs of a human female. On further examination of the body, Riccardo became more and more frustrated. There was not a single ounce of azoth present in the homunculus’s body and Riccardo immediately was disappointed in the results of his first experiment. Upon further tests on the homunculus, he discover she had no pain receptors however, unlike Daniella, she was capable of displaying and feeling human emotions. Riccardo, fully ready to discard the child to Daniella, asked her what she would call the girl. Daniella had decided to call the child “Aurora” in tribute to Lorenzo's middle name Aureolous.

Riccardo then decided to return to the drawing board. For a year he looked over his notes from his attempt with Aurora and delved into Lorenzo's research notes and books for a better way of creating a new host for his Azoth. After many long sleepless nights, Riccardo decided to substitute the colored mandoragora with the pure white mandragora, which would serve as the base. He had researched that the properties of the white mandragora were different from its sister plants in which it was more pure and would absorb the alchemy ingredients the best. He again used Lorenzo and Daniella's DNA and cultivated the plant in the hibernation chamber in the mansion’s laboratory. Riccardo became very protective of his second experiment and would even lock Daniella and Aurora out of the cultivation room sometimes for days.

Aurora ,in reality 2 years old but the appearance of a 13-14 year old, had for two years learned the ways and order of Belli castle and had adapted and grown very intelligent in the recent years. This was abnormal for regular humans. Like her mother, Aurora took up being a housemaid and often helped clean the castle and do various chores and tasks. She had become very adept at speaking, for Riccardo needed her to be able to entertain company if he so wished it and to be able to communicate with others for getting supplies. Aurora had spent a lot of time in the library; reading helped her understand proper communication skills and how to act properly. Daniella doted on her often and only had long conversations with her beloved daughter. And in kind, Aurora looked to her mother for everything: guidance, advice, affection.

Riccardo made sure Daniella properly trained her in maid service and housekeeping, especially with practicing her speaking skills and lady-like traits. Even though he did not look to her for Azoth, she needed to be well disciplined so she would not grow up to be unstable and unkempt. The new prospects of a sister was exciting for Aurora, another person whom she could relate to and take care of.

On July 28th, Riccardo’s new creation was born to the family. He did not let Daniella and Aurora into the examination room as he checked her vitals and characteristics. This new specimen had a brunette mane and light green eyes. She was the size of a 3 year-old child and brimming with life and energy. She had successfully developed human organs and further testing proved her body responded to all 5 senses, unlike Aurora, who had no pain receptors and was capable of displaying human emotion. Like her sister, the Uroboros symbol was present on her back left shoulder and to Riccardo’s excitement, she had a small amount of azoth retained in her body. Unlike Fiona’s though, it had not matured yet and he theorized it would take some time for the azoth to grow. Most likely a few decades. This did not disappoint Riccardo though, and he considered the girl a success.

After he was finished, he asked Daniella and Aurora to come see their new addition to the Belli Family. Riccardo told them the girl was born extremely special and asked Daniella to give her a name worthy for such a wonderful girl. Daniella gave her the name “Arianna” and Riccardo agreed it was most fitting for such a “holy” child.

Little Aurora was not naïve of her Uncle’s nature though. His affection for her new sibling was most out of place, given the man she had come to known did not dote on her mother, especially her for that matter and was incredibly strict and cruel. After taking in her new sister, Riccardo was adamant that Arianna receive special treatment and hired nannies and tutors to give her the best education and care. He seemed over-protective and Aurora was suspicious. After slipping in the examination room and thoroughly searching for anything to indicate her cold Uncle’s actions, she discovered notes about Ari possessing “Azoth”. The word was foreign to her in meaning but it was the only thing Aurora could find that would make her uncle and lord, become so attached to her younger sister. Aurora remembered from a few explorations in the castle about books that referenced azoth. In an old journal she had come across in a locked desk drawer in the Castle’s study, which detailed notes about a necklace that warded against the “odor” of azoth leaking from the possessor called, “The Obsidian Choker”. It was a small step, but Aurora wanted to protect her precious sister against any threat. She stole the choker from the Laboratory room and gave it to her little sister when Ari was outside playing with her nanny. Aurora told her, “Never take this off. It’s to protect you when I am away.”

The little Arianna let her older sister place the necklace around her neck and promised her older sister that she would never take it off.

Aurora has now grown into a beautiful young lady, at age 19. It is possible that Aurora has another defect as she is not ageing aggressively as her birth might suggest. She grew quite fast at 10 years old looking as she does now and her family suspects her aging process has stopped or has slowed down quite abruptly.

COMBAT

Physical Strength: Aurora has an imperfection in her design that is not human. She can not feel physical pain as in her final completion she did not acquire pain receptors. In combat though, this can be quite handy due to she cannot feel any of her opponent’s attacks thus is able to finish her opponents without being slowed down by feeling any pain. However this gift is also a burden for she must be careful of where she receives wounds. If she forgets where any are, they could become infected and put her in danger or even worse, she could potentially bleed to death. She has little to no upper-body strength but has strong legs and has amazing stamina due to her "Ruby Brooch" infused with properties from alchemy refinement.

Coordination/Reflexes: Aurora is not proficient in any martial arts or combat styles due to her upbringing. However she has quick reflexes and trained eyes so she can attack quickly and deftly.

Fighting Style: Aurora is not one who likes to engage in fighting or attacking in any kind voluntarily. She does not relish in hurting others or seeing bloodshed. However she is not afraid to take necessary actions to protect her family. Often she doesn't get personal during fighting and likes to maintain as much distance as possible. Fighting is often her last resort.

She'll try to scare any intruders away using magnesia, often will kick them at the intruder or place them so the intruder steps on them and hopes to scare the intruder off.

She utilizes Belli castle’s unique traps to catch trespassers/thieves. Often she leads then to their death in the needle trap, or the illusion room that hides the gapes in the floor, the Jupiter rooms in the mansion, the iron maiden or the knight that fires arrows.

If she cannot scare them off or lead an enemy to their death, she resorts to her "Levi" Knife. She'll rush them with a quick attack or hide herself and makes a sneak attack slicing their throat or the back of their ankles and finishing them off.

If caught or cornered by the enemy she’ll most likely use a piercing scream she inherited from not only her mother but the from the mandragora she is made up of. It is capable of damaging the enemy’s ears and most definitely startles them by how loud and piercing her shriek is. Most likely she can kick her way out of their grasp.

If an enemy ever threatens her family members or hurts them she will definitely get up-close and personal with her enemy and become incredibly violent. She'll become incredibly deft in wielding her blade and her ability to slice through flesh. Most likely will stalk her enemy down and disembowel them or stab them to death.

Weapons: She wields a knife called "LEVI" that she uses against intruders/thieves who trespass the estate. Also carries “Prima Magnesia” which she makes herself for scaring off trespassers or slowing them down.

Fun tidbit - Aurora and Pierce originated from my characters from Animal Crossing Wild World. Aurora was based off of my created character and Pierce was based on "Pierce" who was a Hawk animal neighbor in the game. Originally their personalities where flipped!!!! Aurora was the bubbly friendly one while Pierce was the glaring, moody one. XD Aurora's hair use to be different with 3 pigtails and no bangs. Pierce kept most of his original design except he had no glasses originally and had a black line that ran across his nose. And they were a couple originally too. ^^ When creating Aurora I decided to use her archetype and decided to give her Pierce's original personality. And then after creating Aurora as you know her today, I decided her lover needed to follow as well.

I will never separate those two. They've held a special place in my heart.

Also its important to note, I always wanted to name my first daughter Aurora...and I guess in a way I have. Because that's how I think of her. My beautiful daughter. My own children.
