BOIhas it been a LONG time since i drew anything for exit the fly. aka the tmnt 1987 fan series created by this wonderful and i also wanna apologize for that really. I haven't read ETF in a minute & it's been for multiple reasons, mostly depressing shit & I've been working on My fanfic or comic. I will say i got up to the one were The Stockmans & crew meet up with your dastardly OC Vivian & your cinnamon roll OC Gloria. (idgaf what the consequences are i ship her & Baxter!) So here's this weird ass welcome back to ETF. A genderswap version of Barney & Z. So Here ya got Bonnie & Z or Valerie(idk if his/her name is unisex) talking about Baxine & Bonnie regretting what she did to her & the turtles but Z says its ok she's changed.

I've never understood the appeal of gender swap, but this is cute, aww.
Since it's all for fun, I don't care if you ship Baxter and Gloria, even though I don't plan on doing anything with the pairing.

Idk why. But I've always been fascinated by genderswap. Mostly cus it's like an entire: what if? A whole different universe with different outcomes to its characters. Adventure Time is a Great example of what I mean by this. Plus Baxter's (or Baxine in this case) like one the only tmnt characters that doesn't have a genderswap of himself.

I think I have trouble seeing the appeal because I am kind of obsessed with seeing the characters as their canon genders, since those are the characters I fell in love with. Same reason why I'm not crazy about tropes that turn them into things they're not. But I do understand how AUs can be fun to play with.
