I stopped watching Steven U like 1 or 2 years ago But my ex got me back into the show... But: just because she likes it doesn't mean I have to stop watching. I don't really have a SU Ship but then I get exposed to the L side of Pearl & the rest of the gems and it has been hard to find a good match. Till Mystery girl. Sure we don't really know anything about her but I still find her interesting maybe she may get another appearance. After knowing Pearl's Rose issue and seeing she's been in the friendzone for LITERALLY 1000 years. It'd be nice for her to move on. Some might say it's because of the pink hair & resemblance to Rose. But you don't know! Maybe Pearl has a thing for Pink heads we all have our one kink. Also MG looks more like Jasper then Rose but that's probably only me who see's that.1st SU Picture so sorry if it looks cruddsy. But really if these 2 don't cuff I'll be disappointed XD even if Pearl is old enough to be her Grandmomma's Grandmomma's Grandmomma's Grandmomma. I ship it.

Garnet is the best example you can look at for a good written relationship compared to a bad one
Also I like this thing they are buliding to with Pearl being interested in a (presumably) human that looks so similar to Rose.

Love is something that meant to be seen as, written, & feel realistic & a bit mesmerizing. And this show is one of the few genres that does all those steps the right way. Garnet, Rose & Greg being some of those good examples. I'm just as eagered to see how this works too. Again I just think Pearl has a thing for Pink heads.

Totally agree on this one, SU just knows how to write romantic relationships in a loveable and beliveable way, it doesnΒ΄t just throw two characters at one another and says :Here they are in love now i guess
It also explores some quite mature themes like abusive relationships and same sex relationships....and of course some soccer moms already hate it because of that because humaity is stupid AF
