It is a reference to video (or computer) games. When you have to sneak, be quiet or just not be seen then (in some games) you can use stealth. In some cases (games) this is technology, in some it is skill and in others it is a power.

Should I continue working on this piece absolutely.
This one was a quick one to see how the items worked, what could be done and what it looked like rendered. The result was enough to my satisfaction that I decided to post it (rather than discard and start over again
But should I return to it then I would do water spatters.
