He came out, she went in, he breathed a sigh of relife she didn't catch him and then she's yelling from inside the bathroom and he's scared he got caught.

Oh, she's yelling about the lipstick from offscreen. I didn't realize that. I assumed that panels 3 and 4 were one wide panel, and that she was yelling at him from behind him, while dressed in the same outfit.

The way I figured it out is by the different size/font/boldness of the lines of text. A lot of artists have different ways of doing it though.
