A fan art of not only the Puffs but also the Ruffs, but with a more proper parent unlike the ones before. A motherly figure of education who can care for many regardless of who or what they are.

Personally speaking, when I imagine the Ruffs under the custody of Mojojojo, it was fair enough in Season 1 after the Ruffs defeated the Puffs (at first) and returned to Mojo's lair because they got along with their father afterwards. Mojo, as far as I can tell didn't really abuse his sons directly, maybe indirectly when the Puffs came back and killed them with the classic childhood crap cooties after telling them to attack.

When Him brought the Ruffs back in Season 5, at first he seemed to care when he cured the Ruffs "fatal" weakness while giving them some other alterations that I personally didn't like; more spiky and less original hairstyles along with Brick and Butch caring less for each other, especially to Boomer, but after the Puffs defeated the Ruffs again without killing them, I kinda imagined Him scolded and abused the Ruffs later on after he was forced to recall them in disgust. I know he's an evil devil, but that's still child abuse, don't mess with that...

After the meme inspiring Custody episode, the Ruffs did abandon HIM and Mojo Jojo for their bickering yet still seemed uncared for, in terms of parental care (even as super villains)...

I understand that they were trying to make the Ruffs more independently evil and all, but still one has to wonder if the Ruffs where theoretically abused, not just by the Puffs (understandably as a Hero vs Villain thing) but also by their own creators and revivers, possibly treated like anti-puff bio-weapons...

Since Ms. Keane is known to mother the puffs every now and again along with many other children she teaches in Pokey Oaks Kindergarten, I can figure that she could cure the Ruff's and save them from their abusers and also from their original mis-created intents, to the anger of the creator and the reviver, Mojo Jojo and HIM.

But how? Use your imagination! (I got some ideas that could work, as well as others on DA with their own ideas...)

[EDIT 03-31-2020]: Changed the Ruffs pants to grey while keeping their black shoes. Changed Boomers shirt to more blue than light blue, made Butch's samurai stem cowlick more noticeable, and finally fixed a minor inconsistency to the Professors shoes... Oh, also added talking2mazelf's name into the description as another source of inspiration... duh...

[EDIT 04-14-2020]: Recolored several things, like Ms. Keane's pants, shirt, and shoes along with the Ruffs eye lids. Recolored Brick's hat to dark red and added a butt-line to Butch's legs, to make it look like he's wearing a shirt and not a long sleeve dress. Also changed Mojo's and Him's eyes in the background to make them look more angry-eyes like and adjusted Buttercups legs. Finally upscaled to 4K UHD resolution, Why? Because I can!

[EDIT 07-03-2020]: Reshaped the professors nose to the squared shape of his actual design in 1998. Added a Scarred Explorer Escarietson watermark.
