Would it be commercial art or a commission, if I made designs and am giving them away as gifts to people as my 6month anniversary gifts. I made present gift boxes a few months ago, and need to get the foals colored (cause I lost my last file). The lines are adorable, and represent the features of the foal perfectly.
Just wondering if this was ok, since they're considered gifts and I'm not recieving any sort of payment for the designs.
