La pic de Mewtwo,brillo incluido,se dibuja y apoya sobre una "capa" (Layer),y debajo no hay "background" ni nada de nada:queda transparente.Entonces recien ahi grabas en PNG.
Listo,el dibujo se adapta a cualquier fondo sin perder calidad
