Celebi instead of Mew?...Cele B?
I stared at Celebi's head and I thought:its head looks like a sprout.A flower could bloom on its back...
Cling! *Bulb on top of head...Idea*
So the whole clone idea just came to mind.
It resembles Mewtwo on some aspects (including the "tubes" to the sides of the head),but that was done on purpose.
The wings should be bigger,but the lack of space on the paper wont let me
It can make stings grow on its arms.
Its a simple sketch of course.It will be replaced for a cleaner version once I get enough time to do it.

I made a Celebi evo when I was younger... But this is way more awesome than anything I could've ever thought up. And Celebi's head does look like a flower bulb or a sprout... I've never thought about it that way before, though... And can't wait to see your other clones! Your work is awesome!

well, its a cool design & idea...worth watchin if they rly did do that in the show but...i personally dont like celebi for some battles considering its a psychic/grass, which had alot of weaknesses, either that or i had rly bad luck whenever i used celebi. <+<
