Description "Good!"

So one of my favorite things in all of media is when someone manages to take a character that had been discarded and deemed lame and turn them back to being awesome. It happens a lot in comics, and it's always a delightful to see what the right artist and writer can do with it. Not that that's necessarily me, but whatever.

Point is, I have been thinking for a while that it would be fun to take some characters from the infamously dreadful Legend of Zelda CD-i games and try to make them look cooler than they manage to be in the game. I am not the first to do this or think of it, of course, but it's the first time I am giving it a try.

My first attempt is Hektan, the wizard from the infamous "YOU'VE KILLED ME!" scene , which is easily my favorite for just how terrible it is. But he did give me an idea. The melting always looked less like a human melting and more like a water creature losing his form to me, and with his color scheme I thought it would fit to turn him into a 100% water-wizard and figured I'd just go wild with it. So here he is, ready to drench Zelda in a long-awaited rematch!

Honestly, I already kind of liked his look, so this one was definitely easy-mode. Let' ssee what happens when I try one of the others.
