Wow. Rarely is such a textured fractal also so smooth, though I realize there was a bit of help from a filter. The red/blue contrast is strong and both contrast against the desaturated background. My only issue with the color is that maybe there's a bit too much yellow in the grey "background".

Yeah, coloring this one wasn't too easy, lol. Some variations are difficult to color adequately, and this one is definitely one of them. Combined with the more complicated structure - I think this was the best I could do at the time!
