A digitised version of my personal favourite IOM Steamer. No. 8, Fenella, who ran the line in 2016 by herself when G.H.Wood, Hutchinson and Kissack were out of service due to cracked boilers and repairs from a certain accident at Castletown Station.Related content

Thank yeh. This took me months to do as I fell behind on my work, however, I decided to put this in my Summer Project, and look at the lady, best of both worlds.
Also, there's news flying about that we might be bringing Mannin out of the museum to work as she's turning 100 soon.

Β Not every engine has to be in Thomas.
And they don't need to be in Thomas. Besides, where would they work? They can't work on the North Western, and I'm pretty sure they're too big for the Skarloey Line.
But if you're going to go on about it, perhaps you'd be interested to hear I'm thinking on doing a rewrite on Misty Island Rescue where Thomas lands on the Isle of Man, and is put on a plinth on the Isle of Man Steam Railway.

Okay, then try asking your parents or arrange to book a hotel on the island either in October or next year.
Trust me, the Island is a great place to have a holiday, and there are some places on it that will make you think of Sodor.

And there are many places on the island that'll make you go back in time. One of them being the Laxey Mine Trail.
And there's Tynwald Hill. No matter what everyone says, that is the most important place on the island.

And this is what our engines on the Isle of Man look like. Elegant details, and Iβd say theyβre beautiful enough to be called βprincesses of the railwaysβ, next to Duchess of Hamilton, Legendaries Mallard and Flying Scotsman, and the king that started it all, Rocket.
