First of all, I think this is a very good attempt. I'm really hope that my advice doesn't sound too harsh, but there's just a few things I think you can improve on
I would say that the head seems a little too big compared to the body. You could also do more to the hair - at the moment it seems quite flat. Maybe try to add in some shading to add a bit of form or make it look a bit more natural (although in your style, if that makes sense

I'd say that if the overall body was in proportion to the head, then the head would be fine. But as it is it needs to be smaller if its to look right.
For the chest, I'd personally say widen the shoulders a little, and make the waist a bit thicker - looks thinner at the moment because of the head. A reference might help with getting the anatomy right

I think you made the breasts a little too wide to be proportional. Either that or you can make the waist a little bigger as well.

buy an antomy book
and dont be afraid to copy from others thats how we all learne di learned by copying form comic book artists
but never EVER trace
just draw till your sick off it then draw some more
there wil be improvement

And copying has proved an ineffective way for me to learn for now, I am signed up for a class next semester... if I resume my studies at college.
