I don't really know how to make natural, dynamic poses, so I make up for it with really dramatic lighting lol. That is the one thing remotely consistent in my art.

Awwe no, your gonna learn! I think this pose is very natural already I also struggle with poses so I started using a lot of stock photos, maybe this could also help you
