Neo SHE is the newest member of Toonys herd
Her design was inspirited by the movie "Matrix" so was her name
I didn't add some shadings, cause I thought it would looks much better without them

Neo has a pretty strong self-confidence but she's also a very nice mare. Her appearance is a bit unusual and her real breed is unknown.
Her green markings are shining when it's dark outside
