I say, are you able to create a tutorial on how you line/colour your art? The shading and lining on this one is very smooth.

Honestly, I have no idea on how i did it XD I just play around with the tools and see what happens... Though most of the time, all I do is set the blur tool to darken and then blur the line art layer, once all the colouring/shading is done... as for the shading, its just really the burn tool set to mid-tones and then lots of smudging and blurring
