Okayyyyyysies getting a bit stuck with this piccer peoples, and so CONSTRUCTIVE CRITS are MASSIVELY appreciated!I havn't used any references yet for anything but colouring, aaaaaand, so yes, I know anatomy is off a bit.

Could anyone help me out here?
I'm also having a hard time choosing a background theme... I'm thinking colourful things like the first bleach opening song style-ish ^^

Ok, as far as I notice, anatomy has been discussed.
The clothes need some work too, they're too close to the body AKA don't look very 3d. References, references! ;3
As for the colouring, most of it looks good, but Renji's hair.... it looks good, but it doesn't look very real to me. I used to do a thing for my hairs, I painted it in a similar way to yours and then used the smudge tool a bit on it, with the normal round brush. If done properly, it looks amazing~ Just don't smudge it too much or it will look blurry. 2 strokes per hairlock or something.
If you like Renji's hair like that, keep it, this is just a suggestion. ;3 Or something fun to do if you're bored.

So my colouring's kinda scrappy atm. The Clothes I have yet to work on, theyre still just completely flat colour with no work on them at all.
Renji's hair was just completely ??wtfdidijustdo!?owellcbftofixitup...

I so don't know .... I'm just as confused as you are, I know there are anatomy problems in the face structure, eyes, eyebrows, and nose, but they're so small, that I can't really help you in there, the ears are a little off however, and the nose sticks out a bit more, they eyebrows also extend for a longer period on ichigo, and try not to give a noticeable line on the edges of the faces unless it's just thicker lines, but that's all I can help you with Albie, so sorry x__x
