Unused cover for the norwegian metal band Guardians of Time's new album called 'A Beautiful Atrocity'.Ultimately the band and record company decided to go for something more contemporary and less cartoony.
Too bad for me, but I think the cover they went with looks great.
(This cover might make it onto a limited edition single or something though.)

Their loss! You should contact Stormspell Records, they worship such 80s inspired cover artworks!
And yes, it does evoke thoughts of SHOCKER (the movie).
