Rishid is the last of the Ishtars to not have a model and it was bothering me so I'm trying to do something about it...I wish I understood rigging better though! His scarf keeps clipping when I test him in MMD.
Honestly, I saw Yuzo-MMD's headbases for Yugioh characters and got inspired! Hopefully I'll be able to finish him and have him as a functioning model at some point soon!
It's so hard to make him look stern! Still, it's a fun challenge! (And worst case scenario I can use the expressions provided by his base to make him look serious.)

Thank you!! And thank you especially so for the amazing headbase!! I've had a lot of fun playing with the expressions and it's super user friendly for editing (coming from a noobie's perspective, in particular!)! I'm hoping that I'll be able to return to finish him up soon now that school is over, so I'll keep you posted! And thanks for offering to help with parts too! I'll do my best!

I honestly only know how to work with stuff in PMX, not make stuff from scratch or adjust files themselves so I might have to take you up on that!
Tbh I only recently started making models so he'll probably be buggy but I'm going to try all the same! Thanks for your support!
